Panda-MP-Sebanyak Lima puluh orang Bidan se Kabupaten Bima mengikuti pelatihan Midwifery Update (MU), bagi anggota Ikatan Bidan Indonesia (IBI) Cabang Kabupaten Bima, dirangkaikan dengan latihan klinis manajemen dan BBL.
Kegiatan dilangsung selama tiga hari, dibuka secara resmi oleh Bupati Bima Hj Indah Dhamayanti Putri SE, Jumat 17 Juli 2020, di Sekretariat IBI Desa Panda Kecamatan Palibelo.
Bupati Umi Dinda dihadapan paramedis mengatakan, sebagai Bidan, kita harus berjuang sekuat tenaga untuk meminimalisir angka kematian ibu dan bayi.
Juga harus selalu memperhatikan perkembangan dan mengupdate pengetahuan yang berkaitan dengan kebidanan.
Begitu beratnya pengabdian bidan,melayani masyarakat pun tidak harus di rumah sakit,melainkan juga dilakukan di rumah.
“Melayani masyarakat ini,kita jadikan sebagai motivasi dan untuk prestasi kita semuanya,”ujar Bupati.
Menurut Bupati,kita sadar bahwa segala kemampuan dan keterbatasan masih kekurangan.Oleh karena itu,dengan keterbatasan yang ada semangat pengabdian kita tetap tinggi.
Ketua DPD II Golkar Kabupaten Bima ini berharap, organisasi IBI tetap semangat,karena ini adalah tempat berkumpulnya para bidan yang selalu berkiprah di tengah masyarakat.
“Saya berharap terus berkiprah dan menunjukkan inovasi, mengedepankan musyawarah dan mufakat,”tegas Bupati.
Secara khusus,Bupati meminta,Kepala Dinas Kesehatan dan para Kabid,untuk memastikansebaran para Bidan di masing-masing desa dan Kecamatan,agar tetap melakukan koordinasi.
Terhadap para Bidan,Bupati meminta,agar bersaing untuk menggapai prestasi dan tidak bersaing untuk saling menjatuhkan.
“Mari kita jadikan pribadi kita,sebagai pribadi yang selalu dirindukan, sesuai dengan pengabdian dan keikhlasan kita masing-masing,”ujar Umi Dinda.
Sementara itu,Ketua IBI Kabupaten Bima Sitha Isa Arrahmawati S.ST,dalam laporannya mengatakan,anggota IBI Kabupaten Bima hingga kini sudah berjumlah 956 orang,tersebar di seluruh Kecamatan se Kabupaten Bima.
Kegiatan ini bertujuan, untuk menjaga kompetensi bidan dengan tetap menjaga protokol covid-19.Dengan harapan kompetensi para bidan akan mampu memberikan sumbangsihnya, untuk mengurangi kematian ibu dan anak.
Kemudian terhadap pelatihan MU itu,sangat dibutuhkan oleh para Bidan agar memperoleh Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR).
Kata Kasi Kesehatan Keluarga di Dinkes Kabupaten Bima ini, STR tersebut sangat dibutuhkan oleh para bidan agar diakui oleh masyarakat dan organisasi pada saat mereka melaksanakan praktek.
Kegiatan diikuti oleh 50 orang peserta, dilaksanakan selama tiga hari,menghadirkan empat fasilitator dari Kabupaten Bima dan dua orang dari Pengurus Daerah (PD) IBI Provinsi NTB yakni Wayan Munjungasih,S.ST.S.Sos (Ketua) dan Wahyu Soufian, S.ST selaku Sekretaris PD IBI Provinsi NTB.
Ketua IBI ini berharap, pemerintah daerah dapat membantu para bidan yang masih berstatus Diploma tiga (D3), bisa dilanjutkan ke jenjang S1.
Selain itu,IBI Cabang Kabupaten Bima,dapat diberikan mobil operasional, agar bisa menjangkau di pelosok-pelosok desa dan Kecamatan.
