Tim kurasi terdiri Ketua TP PKK Kabupaten Hj.Rostiati Dahlan, S.Pd,Kadis Koperasi dan UKM Iwan Setiawan SE,Kadis Kominforstik Fahrurahman SE, M.Si,DP3AP2KB dan Perwakilan Badan POM.
Fitriani mengungkapkan, sebanyak 14 peserta dari beragam produser kue seperti pie susu,bolu,puding,risoles, berongko,brownies,Onde onde, lupis,aneka kue basah dan kering ikut serta pada kegiatan yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk jajan dengan memfokuskan pada jenis produk tertentu.
Karena itu dirinya menghadapkan agar para wira usaha muslima memahami dengan baik kebutuhan pasar dan IPEMI akan memberikan label pada produk kue lolos uji.
Ditambahkan ketua IPEMI, sejumlah kegiatan organisasi yang dipimpinnya bermitra dengan instansi pemerintah daerah antara lain Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (DPMD),Dinas Koperasi dan UKM,DP3AP2KB,Dinas Kominfostik, Badan Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan (POM) dan TP PKK Kabupaten Bima.
