Selain Pemkab Bima,yang ikut mendapat opini WTP adalah delapan Kabupaten dan Kota se Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB).
‘’Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan tim BPK bahwa Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bima,Kota Bima,Kabupaten Dompu,Kabupaten Lombok Barat,Kabupaten Lombok Tengah,Kabupaten Lombok Timur, Kabupaten Lombok Utara,Kota Mataram dan Kabupaten Sumbawa. Untuk laporan keuangan tahun anggaran 2020 sesuai dengan ketentuan.Dan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) memberikan Opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian,’’ujar Kepala Perwakilan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan,Perwakilan NTB, Hery Purwanto, SE., MM.,Ak., CA,CSFA, dalam sambutannya, via Vidcon, Selasa, 10 Mei 2021.
Penyerahan LHP atas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah (LKPD) tahun anggaran 2020 ini, dilakukan secara daring kepada sembilan Kabupaten dan Kota se NTB.Ikut disaksikan oleh Ketua DPRD masing-masing daerah.
Untuk Pemerintah Kabupaten Bima,acara dilaksanakan di Aula Rapat Utama,Kantor Bupati, Godo,Woha.Selain dihadiri Bupati Bima Hj.Indah Dhamayanti Putri ,SE dan Wakil Bupati Drs.H.Dahlan HM Noer.Juga ikut dihadiri Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Bima,Muhammad Putera Feriyandi, S.IP.,Inspektur Kabupaten Bima dan Kepala DPPKAD.
Menurut Hery,predikat WTP yang diraih masing-masing Kabupaten dan Kota,menunjukan komitmen dan upaya nyata DPRD selaku wakil rakyat di daerah yang dipimpin oleh Bupati dan Walikota.Tanpa mengurangi pencapaian dan keberhasilan yang sudah diperoleh,ada beberapa catatan kaki yang perlu juga diatensi.
Sementara itu, Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Bima, Muhammad Putera Feriyandi, S.IP., yang didaulat mewakili sembilan Ketua DPRD se NTB,dalam sambutannya mengatakan,kerjasama yang baik antara DPRD Kabupaten dan Kota se NTB dengan BPK Perwakilan Propinsi NTB perlu terus ditingkatkan.Agar kinerja Pemerintah Daerah disetiap tahunnya menjadi lebih baik.
Penilaian atau opini WTP dari BPK ini berarti,bahwa laporan keuangan berdasarkan bukti-bukti audit yang dikumpulkan. Pemerintah telah menyelenggarakan prinsip akuntansi yang berlaku umum dengan sebaik-baiknya.
‘’Dan kalaupun ada kesalahan, maka kesalahannya itu,tidak dianggap signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan,’’ujar Muhammad Putera Feriyandi.
Dijelaskan Ketua Dewan yang biasa disapa Dae Yandi ini, atas perolehan predikat WTP, kiranya tidaklah berlebihan bahwa kinerja Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota selama ini dipandang cukup memuaskan.
Dan apapun opini yang diberikan BPK,bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja. Agar semakin efektif dan efisien sesuai dengan visi dan misi Pemerintah masing-masing. Yang pada gilirannya mampu meningkatkan kualitas hidup disegala bidang bagi masyarakat di NTB.
Sebagai tindak lanjut,kata Dae Yandi,Dewan akan mempelajari dan mencermati secara seksama dan penuh rasa tanggung jawab. Mengenai LHP kinerja atas efektivitas tata kelola Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota dalam perencanaan dan penganggaran pembangunan.
