Sejumlah pejabat lingkup Pemkab Bima turut menghadiri pada pembukaan Gemar Literasi tersebut yakni Asisten III Setda Bima Drs.H Arifudin HMY dan sejumlah Pimpinan OPD. Hadir pula Kemenag Kabupaten Bima,Manajer dan Fasilitator Inovasi Provinsi NTB.Ketua STKIP Taman Siswa Bima,Kepala Sekolah,Kepala Desa dan relawan Literasi/organisasi Literasi.
Dalam sambutannya,Wakil Bupati menyampaikan rasa bangganya terhadap kegiatan program literasi tersebut.Wabup mengaku Inovasi telah mengalami perkembangan yang luar biasa.
Menurut Wabup,untuk membangun Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) di Kabupaten Bima diperlukan Literasi.Bukan hanya Literasi sekolah,tetapi Literasi keagamaan dan Literasi Media.
Literasi Media,kata Wabup, harus memberikan berita yang baik terhadap masyarakat terutama anak-anak.
‘’Tugas kita semua memberikan pemahaman terhadap pentingnya SDM melalui literasi.Harus mulai dari diri sendiri.Demi kebaikan,usaha apa pun yang kita lakukan tidak akan sia-sia ,’’ujar Wakil Bupati.
Wabup Dahlan mengatakan,cita-cita Pemkab Bima adalah mewujudkan Kabupaten Bima sebagai Kabupaten Literasi.Dan kegiatan ‘Gemar Literasi’ini adalah bagian dari cita-cita tersebut,untuk kemajuan daerah kita.
‘’Saya berharap jangan semangat pada awal-awalnya saja.Tetapi harus sampai akhir,’’ungkap Wabup.
Ada sejumlah Desa sebagai sasaran Literasi.Kita harus wujudkan dalam Desa tersebut Literasi Media dan Literasi Kriminal.Sehingga,bisa memberikan pemahaman terhadap masyarakat dan siswa.
Anak sekolah korban pemerkosaan,misalnya dapat diberikan literasi kriminal. Kita melakukan sosialisasi bahwa jika melakukan tindakan kriminal akan berbahaya.
Kemudian terkait dengan Perpustakaan.Menurut Wabup Dahlan,Pemkab Bima sangat serius membangun Gedung Perpustakaan sebagai pendukung terwujudnya Literasi.Karena dengan program literasi,kita bisa membangun daerah.
Kepada Kepala Dinas Dikpora Kabupaten Bima,Wabup meminta tetap lakukan kampanye.Turun ke desa-desa sebagai sasaran, dengan spanduk bertuliskan ‘Kuasai Bahasa Indonesia, Lestarikan Bahasa Daerah dan Kuasai Bahasa Asing’.
Sementra itu,Kabid Perencanaan Sosbud, Bappeda Kabupaten Bima, Rani Wahyuni ST,.MT,. M.Sc. berharap untuk menyukseskan ‘Gemar Literasi’dibutuhkan spirit dan kerja sama.Ia mengaku telah memiliki mitra terbaru yaitu STKIP Taman Siswa Bima.
‘’Semoga dengan adanya temen-teman dari STKIP,bisa menguatkan literasi.Program Literasi ini sudah dicanangkan oleh Pemkab Bima,’’ungkapnya.
Pada tahun 2021 ini,sebanyak 9 Desa dan 25 Sekolah se Kabupaten Bima menjadi sasaran. Ini awal yang baik menuju kearah yang lebih baik lagi. (ProKom-MP)
