Selanjutnya UKM Mekar Sari Desa Kore Kecamatan Sanggar menampilkan produk kacang mete dengan varian kacang mete gurih,coklat mete dan enting – enting mete.Sementara UKM Lentera Desa Boro Kecamatan Sanggar menampilkan produk kopi robusta Tambora yang terdiri dari bubuk kopi,roastbean dan kopi racik aneka rasa.
Kepala Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Mikro (Diskop UKM) kabupaten Bima Drs.Dahlan Jumat (18/03) menjelaskan tiga produk bidang kuliner dari sepuluh produk yang diusulkan untuk ikutserta pada Event MotoGP Mandalika Tahun 2022 Binaan Dinas Koperasi UKM Kabupaten Bima tersebut tampil setelah melalui proses penyeleksian terhadap produk yang telah didaftarkan (kurasi) oleh Tim yang terdiri dari Dinas Perindustrian NTB, Dinas Pariwisata NTB, PLUT KUMKM NTB dan UNIDO.
Dijelaskan mantan Kadis Pariwisata Kabupaten Bima ini, sebelumnya sesuai data UMKM yang diminta oleh Tim Kurasi, masing-masing daerah mengirimkan maksimal 6 UMKM. Dinas Koperasi UKM Kabupaten Bima mengirimkan 6 item UMKM Binaan,yang diprioritaskan dibidang kuliner.Setelah proses seleksi berjalan, ditetapkan 3 UMKM yang mengisi stand pada kegiatan Event MotoGP Mandalika Tahun 2022.
