Kab bima-MP-Rapat Paripurna ke-7 DPRD Kabupaten Bima dengan agenda Penyampaian Laporan Pansus dan Pendapat Akhir Kepala Daerah atas Penetapan Rancangan Peraturan Daerah tentang Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) Kabupaten Bima tahun 2021-2026 berlangsung Selasa (5/10) di ruang sidang utama DPRD setempat.
Rapat Paripurna dipimpin oleh Wakil Ketua DPRD Yasin S.Pdi dan dihadiri langsung oleh Bupati Bima Hj. Indah Dhamayanti Putri SE. Pada kesempatan rapat paripurna tersebut, hadir juga unsur Forum Koordinasi Pimpinan Daerah (Forkompimda) kabupaten Bima, Staf Ahli Bupati, Asisten, Inspektur, Kepala Perangkat daerah dan Kabag lingkup Sekretariat Daerah.
Dikatakan Bupati, penyusunan rancangan RPJMD tersebut telah melewati sejumlah tahapan penting antara lain penyusunan rancangan teknokratik, rancangan awal RPJMD, konsultasi dengan pemerintahan atasan dan Musrenbang RPJMD. Tahapan lain yang sudah lewati yaitu pembahasan bersama eksekutif dan legislatif serta evaluasi di tingkat provinsi”. Jelas Bupati.
Ditambahkan Bupati, pada intinya dokumen RPJMD tersebut mencakup permasalahan dan isu-isu strategis daerah, perumusan strategi untuk mencapai tujuan dan sasaran pembangunan, program prioritas dalam pencapaian visi dan misi daerah serta indikator kinerja daerah sebagai gambaran ukuran keberhasilan pencapaian visi dan misi kepala daerah 5 tahun ke depan.
“Rancangan RPJMD tersebut juga telah dipadukan dengan rencana pembangunan jangka menengah nasional dan rencana pembangunan menengah daerah provinsi”. imbuhnya.
Terkait pendekatan guna pemenuhan dan penanganan isu-isu strategis tersebut dilakukan dengan pola pembangunan dengan pendekatan yang berbasis kawasan. Tentu dengan tetap mengedepankan keseimbangan pembangunan antar wilayah sesuai dengan potensi, kondisi sosial budaya dan geografis wilayah. Terang Bupati.
Menutup penyampaiannya, dikatakan Bupati IDP, kunci keberhasilan penjabaran RPJMD antara lain pentingnya sinergitas para pemangkukepentingan, utamanya antara eksekutif dan legislatif dalam merumuskan berbagai kebijakan pembangunan dan kebijakan anggaran daerah.
Sebelumnya agenda yang juga dilaksanakan pada rapat paripurna tersebut yaitu Penyampaian Laporan Pansus yang dibacakan oleh juru bicara Pansus Edy Muhlis, S.Sos.(Prokim-MP)
