Kab bima-MP-Pra Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan (Musrenbang) Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah (RKPD) Provinsi NTB Tahun 2023 Selasa (29/3) mengangkat tema “Isu Strategis dan Kegiatan Prioritas Kabupaten/Kota Dalam Rancangan RKPD Tahun 2023” yang secara tatapmuka (offline) berlangsung di Hotel Lombok Raya Mataram. Pada Pra Musrenbang tersebut, para Bupati dan Walikota mengikuti secara virtual kegiatan tersebut,
Bupati Bima Hj. Indah Dhamayanti Putri SE yang menyampaikan pemaparan dari ruang kerjanya mengangkat tema pembangunan kabupaten Bima Tahun 2023, “Penguatan Sumber Daya Manusia Dan Kawasan Strategis Untuk Mendukung Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Yang Berkelanjutan”.
Ada tiga isu strategis yang berkaitan pembangunan di kabupaten Bima tahun 2023 pada aspek Sosial Budaya yaitu Penguatan Karakter Anak Usia Dini, Penguatan Kemampuan Literasi Masyarakat, Politeknik Negeri Bima, Pengendalian Covid-19, Peningkatan Kualitas Layanan kesehatan. Ulas Bupati.
“Pada aspek infrastruktur dan pengembangan kawasan, Pembangunan Jembatan Lewamori, Penataan Kawasan Ibu Kota Kabupaten Bima menjadi usulan prioritas, termasuk pengembangan Kawasan La-Sakosa dan Tambora, Desa Wisata dan Desa Mandiri”.
Sementara itu, untuk mempercepat pertumbuhan ekonomi Hilirisasi Bawang Merah, Garam Rakyat, dan Perikanan, Pertanian dan Pertenakan Terintegrasi, Perluasan Kesempatan Kerja, Penguatan Koperasi dan UMKM Berkelanjutan
Untuk mendukung penanganan isu strategis tersebut Bupati Bima menyampaikan sejumlah usulan prioritas pembangunan kepada pemerintah Provinsi NTB pada tahun anggaran 2023 mendatang yang mencakup Dukungan kebijakan untuk pengembangan kawasan Industri, Industrialisasi garam rakyat, Pengembangan pertanian terintegrasi di Desa Lanta Kecamatan Lambu, Desa Risa Kecamatan Woha, dan Desa Parangina Kecamatan Sape, Hilirisasi Bawang Merah dan Perikanan, Pengembangan Peternakan Terpadu Oi Tui.
Bupati juga mengharapkan dukungan kebijakan gubernur untuk pembangunan jembatan Lewamori, penataan kawasan kumuh di ibukota dan sinergitas regulasi untuk pengembangan kawasan LASAKOSA dan KSPN Tambora. Usulan lainnya adalah pengembangan desa wisata Uma Lengge, Pulau ular, bajo pulau dan Sari, rehabilitasi hutan dan lahan di Parado, Campa, Donggo, Wawo dan peningkatan ruas jalan Wilamaci-Karumbu, Karumbu-Sape, Talabiu-Parado – Huu, Bajo – Sampungu, perbaikan jaringan irigasi prioritas untuk ketahanan pangan di kecamatan Monta dan Bolo serta rehabilitasi habilitasi daerah aliran sungai (DAS) parado dan DAS Campa.
“Peningkatan status vokasi Unram menjadi Politeknik Negeri Bima, pembangunan RSUD Sondosia dan pemberian beasiswa NTB berbasis vokasi untuk perluasan kesempatan kerja” juga diharapkan dapat mendorong percepatan pembangunan daerah”. Pungkas Bupati.(Prokim-MP)
