Dihadapan Camat Sape Akbar H. Musa SP, M.Si, Camat Lambu Drs. M.Sidik, Muspika, Bendahara FKM Salaja Hj. Nurhaidah Sarudjin dan para kepala desa dan sekretaris desa tersebut, Bupati mengungkapkan cukup banyak dukungan dan kontribusi yang telah ditorehkan FKM SALAJA dalam mendukung program pemerintah daerah khususnya dalam hal penanggulangan bencana banjir dan kebakaran yang melanda kecamatan Sape dan beberapa wilayah lainnya.
Bupati yang didampingi Kadis Kominfostik Kamaludin S.Sos, Kadis Lingkungan Hidup Ir. Jaidun, Kadis Pertanian dan Perkebunan Ir. Hj. Nurma M.Si, Kadis Nakertrans Fatahullah S.Pd dan sejumlah Sekretaris OPD serta para tokoh masyarakat kedua kecamatan tersebut mengungkapkan, kehadiran FKM Salaja menjadi tempat bernanung dan pengayom bagi warga Bima yang merantau ke wilayah ibukota dan sekitarnya. Ditambahkan Bupati IDP, para tokoh yang bergabung dalam organisasi FKM Salaja telah menjadi inspirasi dalam meraih cita-cita setinggi mungkin karena keuletan dan keberhasilan di perantauan.
Menyinggung kegiatan yang diadakan, Bupati berharap melalui momentum Halal Bihalal warga Sape-Lambu tetap menjaga silaturahmi dan menguatkan ukhuwah Islamiyah di antara sesama.
Penceramah Halal Bihalal H. Ila Muhammad dalam tausiahnya memaparkan, Halal bihalal penting dilakukan setiap hari untuk merajut silaturahmi agar ukhuwah menjadi kuat. Orang yang memutuskan silaturahmi tidak masuk surga, karena Allah SWT telah mencabut rahmat pada dirinya.
