Bima-MP-Bupati Bima Hj Indah Dhamayanti Putri SE,menghadiri Rapat Koordinasi Strategi Pemenuhan Modal Inti dan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) tahun 2021,PT.Bank NTB Syariah, bersama sebelas Kepala Daerah, Kabupaten dan Kota se Propinsi NTB, di Ballroom Marina Inn, Senin 12 April 2021.
Kegiatan berlangsung sehari. Dihadiri pula oleh Gubernur NTB Dr.H Zulkiflienmansyah, SE, M.Sc,Dirjen BUMD,BLUD dan BMD Kementerian Dalam Negeri RI,H Budi Santoso,
Ketua Umum Asosiasi Bank Daerah,Kepala Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) Provinsi NTB, Ketua DPRD Provinsi NTB,Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Kota se NTB dan Direktur Utama PT.Bank NTB Syariah.
Gubernur Bang Zul,dalam arahan singkatnya menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih,karena seluruh Kepala daerah ikut hadir. Bersama dengan Pimpinan DPRD Masing-masing.
Hal itu,kata Gubernur, merupakan kesempatan bagi kita untuk membahas apa yang perlu dipersembahkan bagi Kabupaten Bima,yang baru mengalami banjir bandang.
Terhadap seluruh Kepala Daerah dan pimpinan bank NTB Syariah, Gubernur menyampaikan agar tetap komitmen mamajukan Bank NTB Syariah dan melaksanakan program-program yang telah ditentukan.
Kemudian kepada Dirjen, Gubernur meminta dapat memberikan catatan khusus kepada Menteri.Dan tentu itu merupakan yang terbaik bagi masyarakat NTB.
Sementara itu,Dirjen BUMD, BLUD dan BMD Kementerian Dalam Negeri RI,H Budi Santoso, mengatakan penambahan modal bagi BUMD bisa dilakukan terutama bagi daerah selaku pemegang saham.
Sehingga kedapannya satu Pemerintah Daerah bisa memiliki saham 50 persen atau lebih. Pemenuhan modal minimum tersebut,kata Dirjen Budi, dapat dilakukan sesuai dengan standar Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).
Menurut Budi Santoso, Kemendagri meminta Bank NTB Syariah dapat melayani publik dan dalam prosesnya,Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) dapat menjaga kredibilitas dan nama baik.Sehingga tercipta BPD yang terpercaya,bersih dan GCG.
‘’BPD harus diurus oleh Ibu dan Bapak Kandungnya,yakni Kepala Daerah dan Dewan itu sendiri. Karena penyertaan modal itu dasarnya adalah Peraturan Daerah,’’kata Budi.
Secara keseluruhan,terdapat 10.97 Badan Usaha Milik Daerah di seluruh Indonesia.Dan hanya dua Propinsi yang memiliki Bank Syariah yakni di Propinsi Aceh dan Propinsi NTB.
“Jadi sayang kalau tidak diseriusi untuk mengelolanya,’’ujar Putra Surabaya,Jawa Timur ini.
