Tangerang-MP-Pemerìntah Kabupaten Tangerang melalui Dinas Tenaga Kerja secara resmi membuka layanan Posko pengaduan Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) Lebaran Idul fitri Tahun 1442 H/2021 M.
Pelaksana tugas Kepala Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Tangerang Beni Rachmat mengatakan Posko THR ini dibuka sebagai fasilitas layanan agar buruh mendapatkan THR sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku. “Layanan ini fokus pada memberikan informasi soal THR, konsultasi dan menindaklanjuti pengaduan tentang pembayaran THR,” ujar Beni, Selasa (27/4/ 2021)
Melalui posko pengaduan ini, kata Beni, Disnaker bisa mengawasi pemberian THR di 6.203 perusahaan yang mempekerjakan sekitar 300 ribu pekerja.
Ia lanjutkan, Posko pengaduan ini akan mengkoordinasikan, mengendalikan, memantau hingga menindaklanjuti pengaduan pemberian THR perusahaan kepada karyawan di Kabupaten Tangerang.
“Hasil pengaduan akan kami koordinasikan dengan Dinas Tenaga Kerja Provinsi Banten.” katanya.
Layanan Posko THR ini, juga sebagai tindak lanjut dari Surat Edaran Bupati Tangerang Nomor 841.4/1583-Disnaker/2020 Tentang Pelaksanaan Pemberian Tunjangan THR 2021 bagi Pekerja/buruh di Kabupaten Tangerang.
Dalam surat edaran, Bupati Tangerang Ahmed Zaki Iskandar menekankan, perusahaan wajib membayarkan THR ke perusahaan paling lambat H-7 Lebaran. Adapun, perusahaan yang mengalami masalah finansial karena dampak pandemi COVID-19.
Menurut Beni, perusahaan dan karyawan bisa melakukan kesepakatan untuk besaran dan waktu pemberian THR. “Syaratnya perusahaan harus bisa menunjukan kondisi keuangan secara transparan.”
Posko pengaduan THR Lebaran Kabupaten Tangerang berada di lantai dasar Kantor Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Tangerang di Jalan Raya Parahu, Kecamatan Suka Mulya. Di ruangan posko disediakan, ruang tunggu, meja pengaduan dan konsultasi.
Selain melalui tatap muka (Posko), pengaduan THR di Kabupaten Tangerang bisa disampaikan melalui email disnaker@tangerangkab.go.id, media sosial Disnaker Kabupaten Tangerang, instagram (dnaker_tangab) Twitter (@disnakertangkab), narahubung Hudni (081906140090), Hendra (081388337533), Rahmat (087874077250). “Untuk pelapor pengaduan dijamin kerahasiaan identitasnya,” kata Beni.
Pelayanan Posko THR beroperasi setiap hari jam kerja pukul 08.00 WIB sampai 15.00 WIB mulai 28 April hingga 20 Mei 2021.(Tim-Wirman)
