Kab bima-MP-Jika tidak ada halangan,event keagamaan Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran (MTQ) Ke-31 tingkat Kabupaten Bima tahun 2021 yang dipusatkan di lapangan Semangka Desa Naru Kecamatan Sape,akan dibuka secara resmi oleh Bupati Bima tanggal 8 November 2021 mendatang.
MTQ yang mengangkat tema utama “MTQ XXXI,Ikhtiar Mewujudkan Generasi Qurani Menuju Bima RAMAH Berkelanjutan”ini direncanakan berlangsung selama sepekan hingga penutupan tanggal 14 November 2021 mendatang.
Untuk penyelenggaraan kegiatan, Bupati Bima melalui Surat Keputusan(SK)nomor188.45/292/03.2 tahun 2021 membentuk Panitia Penyelenggara Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran ke-31 tingkat kabupaten Bima.
SK tersebut mengamanatkan pembentukan sembilan seksi yang terdiri dari Seksi Musabaqah,Seksi Keamanan,Seksi Konsumsi dan Seksi Penerima Tamu.Seksi lainnya adalah Seksi Panggung,Mimbar dan Dekorasi,Seksi Acara,Pentas Seni Budaya,Seksi Penerangan dan Sound System,Seksi Perlengkapan,Penginapan Kafilah dan Seksi Publikasi dan Dokumentasi.Event empat tahunan tersebut akan akan diikuti oleh 18 kafilah dari 18 keamatan dengan total 517 orang peserta.
Para peserta akan berlomba pada tujuh kelompok yaitu 121 peserta Tilawatil Quran,71 peserta cabang Qiraatil Quran dan 93 peserta cabang Hifzhil Quran. Kelompok lainnya adalah 57 peserta cabang Fahmil Quran, 63 peserta cabang syarhil Quran,61 peserta Cabang Khathil Quran dan 13 peserta cabang Musabaqah Makalah Ilmiah Quran (M2IQ)
Selama sepekan,sejumlah cabang lomba tersebut akan dinilai oleh 63 orang anggota dewan hakim yang telah melalui proses perekrutan dengan metode keterwakilan dari 18 kafilah kecamatan dengan mengedepankan prinsip profesionalisme dalam bidang,proses kajian personal yang mendalam bersama pengurus Lembaga Pengembangan Tilawatil Quran (LPTQ) Kabupaten Bima.
MTQ tahun ini juga akan dimeriahkan Pawai Ta’ruf yang diikuti seluruh kafilah, karyawan dan karyawati Kantor camat dan UPT Dinas SeKabupaten Bima dan akan mulai dilepas jam 14.00 Wita pada dua titik start.Titik start Barat akan dipusatkan di Lapangan Desa Sangia dan finish di Arena Utama MTQ Lapangan Semangka Desa Naru-Sape.Sementara,Titik Start B dari arah timur dengan titik kumpul di perempatan Desa Bugis,menuju arah barat dan finish di Arena Utama Lapangan Semangka.
Namun demikian,untuk mencegah penyebaran dan kemunculalan kluster baru Pandemi COVID-19, Panitia Penyelenggara MTQ ke – 31 tetap memperketat penerapan Protokol Kesehatan baik bagi para undangan maupun para kafilah.(Prokim-MP)
