Lombok Tengah-MP-Patung “Speed” Jokowi telah terpasang di area depan Pertamina Mandalika Internasional Street Circuit, Lombok Tengah.Gubernur NTB, Dr. H. Zulkieflimansyah mengatakan bahwa patung “Speed” Jokowi menjadi ornamen yang akan banyak dikunjungi masyarakat untuk berfoto.
“Ketika Pak Jokowi pakai motor saja banyak yang foto – foto, saya kira ini akan lebih rame lagi dan kalo menurut sy ini akan menjadi spot yang sangat favorit sebagai tempat foto masyarakat nantinya,” tutur Bang Zul yang didampingi oleh Kepala Dinas PUPR, Ir. H. Ridwan Syah saat menghadiri pemasangan Patung “Speed” Jokowi, Minggu (13/03).
Patung “Speed” Jokowi tersebut merupakan karya seniman patung ternama, Nyoman Nuarta.
Bang Zul juga mengungkapkan bahwa ornamen Patung “Speed” Pak Jokowi menggambarkan suatu inspirasi.
“Ornamen ini menggambarkan suatu inspirasi, pak Jokowi yang kerjanya cepat dapat kita jadikan inspirasi,” tuturnya.
Selain itu, Bang Zul juga menyampaikan antusias masyarakat lokal dalam menyambut perhelatan MotoGP, tiket hari ke-3 sold out.
“Tiket hari yang ke-3 sudah sold out, karena antusiasme masyarakat lokal yang cukup tinggi, kami Pemerintah Provinsi NTB berterimakasih diberikan kesempatan masyakarat untuk menonton disisi kiri dan di sisi lain,” ungkap Bang Zul.(Diskominfotik-MP)
