Forum tersebut mengundang Pimpinan dan Komisi DPRD, Staf Ahli, Asisten, Kepala Perangkat Daerah, Kabag Setda dan para Camat lingkungan Kabupaten Bima dan Senin (21/3) dibuka oleh Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Bima Drs.H.M.Taufik HAK M.Si mewakili Bupati Bima.
“Untuk menjabarkan Visi mewujudkan kabupaten Bima RAMAH Berkelanjutan, berapa prioritas rencana kerja pemerintah daerah tahun 2023 mencakup beberapa aspek yaitu penguatan karakter dan peningkatan kemampuan literasi, percepatan pemerataan infrastruktur yang berkualitas, peningkatan kontribusi produktivitas pertanian dan perikanan untuk percepatan penanggulangan kemiskinan serta perluasan lapangan kerja yang berkualitas.
Sekda yang juga Ketua Tim Anggaran Pemerintah Daerah (TAPD) tersebut mengemukakan, kebijakan pemerintah tersebut diarahkan untuk mendukung pencapaian 7 prioritas daerah sesuai amanat RPJMD Kabupaten Bima 2021-2026 yaitu menguatkan karakter masyarakat Bima yang religius melalui peningkatan kegiatan keagamaan, mendorong terciptanya kondisi masyarakat yang aman dan harmonis serta meningkatkan kontribusi sektor pertanian, peternakan, perikanan dan pertambangan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat berkelanjutan.
Aspek prioritas lainnya terang Sekda yang didampingi Ketua Komisi IV DPRD Kabupaten Bima Ilham Yusuf SH dan beberapa anggota DPRD, Kepala Bappeda Kabupaten Bima Suwandi ST, MT yaitu pembangunan kawasan pariwisata prioritas, kawasan ibukota kabupaten dan kawasan strategis lainnya untuk percepatan pembangunan dan pengembangan wilayah, disamping juga meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan hidup untuk memperkuat mitigasi bencana. Demikian halnya peningkatan tata kelola pemerintahan yang inovatif dan melayani serta peningkatan daya saing SDM Kabupaten Bima yang sehat dan unggul menjadi prioritas”. Terang Sekda.
Sebelumnya, Kepala Bappeda Suwandi ST, MT dalam laporannya mengungkapkan, proses perencanaan pembangunan daerah harus terintegrasi antara informasi perencanaan pembangunan, informasi keuangan daerah dan informasi pemerintahan daerah lainnya yang disebut Sistem Informasi Pemerintah Daerah (SIPD).
