Kab bima-MP-Meskipun masih dalam susana Pandemi COVID-19,Musyawarah Perencanaan Pambangunan (Musrenbang) Kabupaten Bima Tahun 2021 untuk penyusunan Rencana Kegiatan Pemerintah Daerah (RKPD) tahun 2022 yang diikuti unsur DPRD,Perangkat Daerah,Camat,Tokoh Masyarakat,Tokoh Agama dan Tokoh Pemuda sebagai wahana untuk menyelaraskan usulan pembangunan lintas sektor tetap dilaksanakan dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan (Prokes) secara ketat Kamis (1/4) di Ruang Rapat Utama Kantor Bupati Bima.
Bupati Bima Hj.Indah Dhamayanti Putri SE dalam sambutan yang disampaikan secara daring mengatakan, Musrenbang tahun ini mengambil tema “Peningkatan Ketahanan Ekonomi dan Investasi Daerah Melalui Perbaikan Infrastruktur,Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup dan Pelayanan Dasar di Tahun 2022”.
“Tema ini mengandung makna bahwa pembangunan daerah dititikberatkan pada program-program yang mengarah pada upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan peningkatan ketahanan ekonomi sesuai dengan isu strategis Kabupaten Bima. Program strategis tersebut antara lain mengatasi kemiskinan dan pengangguran, kesehatan,pendidikan, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan investasi daerah, infrastruktur,pertanian dan ketahanan pangan serta kerusakan lingkungan hidup”. Jelas Bupati.
Dikatakan Bupati,RKPD Tahun 2022 merupakan tahun pertama pelaksanaan Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) Kabupaten Bima tahun 2021- 2026 untuk mewujudkan Bima RAMAH. Oleh karena itu kata Bupati hal ini perlu menjadi fokus perhatian bersama agar Bisi dan Misi misi RPJMD kabupaten Bima tersebut dapat terwujud.
Bupati berharap pada Musrenbang tahun ini kesepakatan-kesepakatan yang sudah dibuat oleh semua pihak harus benar-benar berpedoman pada tema dan isu strategis untuk menentukan arah kebijakan yang dituangkan melalui program kegiatan tahun 2022 sesuai dengan visi misi sudah tertuang.
Sebelumnya,Pelaksana Tugas Kepala Bappeda Kabupaten Bima H.Fahrudin S.Sos, M.AP dalam pengantarnya mengungkapkan,Musrenbang ditujukan untuk mendapatkan masukan,saran dan pandangan dan dari berbagai komponen dalam rangka penyempurnaan rancangan RKPD Kabupaten Bima Tahun 2022.
Forum ini juga lanjut H.Fahrudin,untuk melakukan penajaman dan penyelarasan program/kegiatan perangkat daerah dengan usulan hasil Musrenbang tingkat Kecamatan yang sudah disusun secara teknokratis,maupun pokok-pokok pikiran yang telah disampaikan oleh anggota DPRD melalui Pokok Pikiran (Pokir) Dewan
Pada Kesempatan tersebut,Kepala Bappeda Provinsi NTB melalui Kabid Penelitian Lalu Suryadi S.Ip, MM memaparkan secara daring Kebijakan dan Program Prioritas Pembangunan Provinsi NTB Tahun 2022.Dikatakannya,terdapat 13 isu strategis pengembangan wilayah Provinsi NTB tahun 2019-2023.
“Ada beberapa isu strategis yang sangat terkait langsung dengan Kabupaten Bima terutama pengelolaan wilayah pesisir dan pulau-pulau kecil (WP3K) karena sebagian besar wilayahnya dikelilingi oleh pesisir dan memiliki banyak pulau kecil.
Demikian halnya isu pengembangan kawasan ekonomi khusus Teluk Saleh-Moyo-dan kawasa Tambora (SAMOTA) di samping Geopark Tambora sebagai ikon.Maka isu strategi tersebut penting dibicarakan di forum Musrenbang tingkat Kabupaten Bima”.Terang Lalu.

memerlukan lompatan luar biasa dalam aspek peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) untuk meningkatkan IPM, termasuk pengembangan melalui beasiswa putra-putri NTB untuk kuliah di luar negeri”. Tandasnya.
