Direncanakan pelaksanaan Vaksin selama dua hari.Mulai Kamis 15-Jumat 16 Juli 2021.Dilakukan serentak di dua tempat yakni di halaman Kantor Bupati Bima, Godo,Kecamatan Woha dan di Gedung PKK Kabupaten Bima, Kota Bima.Dan masih menggunakan vaksin Sinovac.
Plt.Sekretaris Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bima,Rifai M. AP, mengatakan hari pertama pelaksanaan Vaksin baru 282 orang.Yang melaksanakan Vaksin di Kantor Bupati berjumlah 201 orang dan di gedung PKK Kota Bima berjumlah 81 orang. Mereka kategori ASN maupun Non ASN yang belum melaksanakan Vaksin tahap pertama dan Kedua.
Dijelaskan Rifai, untuk membantu kelancaran Vaksin, pihaknya menurunkan Tim dari Puskesmas Woha, Palibelo dan Belo. Ia berharap bagi ASN dan Non ASN yang belum melaksanakan vaksin segera mendatangi Kantor Bupati Bima di Godo, Woha dan Gedung PKK Kabupaten Bima yang berada di Kota Bima.

Pelaksanaan Vaksinasi terhadap ASN dan Non ASN lingkup Pemkab Bima, adalah tindak lanjut Surat Edaran Bupati Bima, pada 14 Juli 2021, nomor: 443.1/014/29/2021. Tentang Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) dalam rangka pencegahan dan pengendalian penyebaran Corona Disease 2019 di Kabupaten Bima.
Orang nomor satu dan nomor dua di Pemkab Bima ini, langsung turun memantau kerja para tim Vaksin. Bupati Umi Dinda, sapaan akrab, Bupati Hj Indah Dhamayanti Putri SE, memantau di Kantor Bupati, Kecamatan Woha. Sedangkan Wakil Bupati Drs H Dahlan HM Noer, didampingi Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Bima Drs. H. Taufik, HAK M,Si memantau di Gedung PKK, Kota Bima.
Sesuai Surat Edaran, Bupati menghimbau seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara dan Non Aparatur Sipil Negara, pada setiap perangkat daerah Kabupaten Bima dan aparatur desa pada masing-masing Desa, wajib melakukan vaksinasi Covid-19 sesuai standar pemerintah.
Melonjaknya pasien Covid-19 harus segera diantisipasi. Hal itu harus diawali dari ASN untuk memotivasi masyarakat.
‘’Melalui ASN masyarakat akan lebih berani dan termotivasi untuk melakukan Vaksin,’’ujar Bupati, di lokasi pelaksanaan Vaksin, Kantor Bupati Bima, Godo, Woha.
Dijelaskan Bupati, pelaksanaan vaksin akan dilakukan dua hari. Kemudian akan dievaluasi dan memastikan aparatur yang sudah divaksin dan yang belum. Semua sudah diatur untuk memudahkan dari Dinas mana yang mau Vaksin.
