“NTB ini adalah tempat paling kaya dari sisi tenunnya, bahkan di setiap kabupaten memiliki banyak jenis tenun, itu hebatnya NTB,” ungkap bangga Wagub.
Dengan keaneragaman tenun yang dimiliki NTB, Wagub mengajak organisasi-organisasi perempuan di NTB untuk bersama melestarikan dan menggaungkan tenun bukan hanya di lingkup Nasional tapi juga pada lingkup Internasional.
“Kalau bukan kita, lalu siapa lagi yang mau menyelamatkan tenun kita,” ungkap Wagub. Kekayaan dan nilai keaslian tenun harus terus dijaga betul.
Pada HUT KCBI yang bertemakan “Pesona Berkain Nusantara Melestarikan Budaya Bangsa” Wagub juga menyampaikam bahwa dengan menggunkan tenun asli NTB, maka itu bentuk dorongan kepada UKM dan penenun di NTB agar terus berkembang.
“Kita harus bertekat agar terus berkembang dan mendunia di tengah besarnya arus publikasi terhadap segala sesuatu saat ini,” ungkap Wagub
“Dengan mencintai tenun hasil daerah, maka insyaallah itu berarti kita mendorong nilai-nilai budaya NTB ini bisa mendunia,” lanjut Wagub.
Terakhir Wagub berharap dengan memasuki usia yang ke-3 tahun KCBI Lombok NTB dapat terus menginspirasi dan melakukan kegiatan kegiatan sederhan namun konsisten secara terus menerus. Sementara itu Hj. Niken menyampaikan berdirinya KCBI merupakan sebuah keniscayaan.
“Tentu saja sebuah organisasi berdiri karena sebuah tujuan dan tujuan KCBI ini adalah melestarikan kecintaan berkain.Ini menjadikan KCBI ini sesuatu yang penting terutama dalam program pemerintah untuk tetap melestarikan budaya bangsa dan juga dalam mendukung pariwisata di provinsi NTB,” ungkap Hj Niken.
Hj. Niken berharap agar generasi muda dapat mencintai, lebih perduli dan lebih memahami kain kain tenun khas NTB. Hal iti dapat dimualai melalui penerapan cinta berkain pada setiap ivent atau kegiatan peleatarian.
Lebih jauh Hj. Niken mengaku senang dapat turut bergabung merasakan kebahagian dalam perayaan HUT KCBI Lombok NTB. “Alhamdulillah pagi ini kami bangga sekali dapat bergabung bersama ibu ibu dalam rangka syukuran ulang tahun KCBI yang ke-3,” ungkap Hj. Niken.
Pada kesempatan yang sama Ketua KCBI Lombok NTB Hj. Maskayangan menyampaikan bahwa visi dan misi KCBI ialah mengajak seluruh elemen masyarakat untuk tetap mencintai kain dan menunjukkan jati diri putri Indonesia yang sebenarnya adalah berkain.
“Mudah mudahan ibu ibu yang berada dalam ruangan ini bisa menyuarakan kepada anak-anak kita, keluarga kita, keponakan untuk melestarikan budaya kita ini, yakni berkain,” harapnya.
