Bima.MP.Wakil Bupati Bima, Drs. H. Dahlan M. Noer, menghadiri acara Launching Desa dan Kelurahan, Bebas dari Narkoba (Bersinar), tingkat Provinsi NTB Tahun 2020.
Kegiatan tersebut di pusatkan di Lapangan atletik Manggemaci, Kota Bima, Jumat, 06 Maret 2020.
Selain Wabup Dahlan, yang ikut mendampingi Wakil Gubernur NTB, Dr Hj Sitti Rohmi Djalilah, M.Pd, pada launching itu adalah Kepala BNN Provinsi NTB, Walikota beserta Wakil Walikota Bima.
Kabag Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan, Setda Bima, M Chandra Kusuma, AP, menyatakan, Wagub NTB atas nama Pemerintah Provinsi menyatakan perang terhadap Narkoba.
Untuk itu dibutuhkan semua pihak bersatu dan besinergi. Mulai dari lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat, didukung TNI, Polri dan Badan Narkotika Nasional.
‘’Tanpa kesadaran kita mustahil bisa perang dengan narkoba, karena akan menghancurkan generasi bangsa,’’ungkap Chandra mengutip Wagub Sitti Rohmi.
Wagub, kata Chandra, mengajak kita semua untuk menjaga pergaulan dan membentengi diri dengan agama.
Memberantas Narkoba adalah prioritas Pemerintah Provinsi. Sehingga program fasilitator pencegahan narkoba termasuk revitalisasi posyandu keluarga perlu ditingkatkan.
Selama ini, Posyandu hanya melayani bayi, kedepan akan melayani seluruh masyarakat.
Wagub berharap, sosialisasi narkoba lewat posyandu jadi garda terdepan. Akan memproteksi masalah sosial yang ada di desa dan kelurahan.
Sementara itu Kepala BNN Provinsi NTB, Drs Gde Sugianyar Dwi Putra SH Msi, mengaku, data yang diterima BNN NTB sebanyak 63 ribu orang telah terpapar narkoba.
Mereka tersebar di wilayah Kota dan Kabupaten di NTB. Pada 2019, BNN Provinsi hanya mampu merehabilitasi 1240 orang, dari 63 ribu yang kecanduan tersebut.
‘’Dan 90 persen diantaranya pengguna Sabu-sabu yang berumur 15 sampai 25 tahun,’’ungkap Gde Sugianyar.
Penetapan Desa dan Kelurahan bebas Narkoba ini, lanjut Gde, adalah bentuk perhatian serius Pemerintah dan BNN Provinsi NTB juga seluruh Bupati dan Walikota di NTB.
Sebagai komitmen serius memberantas peredaran dan penyalahgunaan Narkoba di daerah.

- Desa Cenggu, Kecamatan Belo, Kabupaten Bima
- Desa Karijawa, Kabupaten Dompu

- Desa Pancor Kab. Lombok Timur
- Kelurahan Renteng Kab. Lombok Tengah
- Desa Pemenang Barat, Kab. Lombok Utara
- Desa Bengkel, Lombok Barat
- Kelurahan Abian Tubuh Baru, Kota Mataram. (PKSB).
