Dadibou-MP-Bupati Bima Hj Indah Dhamayanti Putri SE, menjadi narasumber pada kegiatan Webinar Peluncuran dan Bedah Buku ‘Perempuan Kepala Daerah dan Kebijakan Berperspektif Gender dalam Penanggulangan Kemiskinan dan Pandemi Covid-19, di ruang kerja Bupati, selasa 30 Juni 2020.
Tampil sebagai pembicara ke tiga, Bupati Umi Dinda mengangkat topik ‘Pengalaman Perempuan Kepala Daerah dalam Melaksanakan Kebijakan Berperspektif Gender, termasuk dalam penanganan Pandemi Covid-19’, selama kurang lebih setengah jam, setelah pemaparan Ir. Agustina Erni, M.Sc, Deputi Kesetaraan Gender Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak RI (Pembicara Pertama) dan Dr. Kurniawati Hastuti Dewi, S.IP, MA, Tim Gender dan Poolitik LIPI (Pembicara kedua).
Acara webinar tersebut diadakan oleh Pusat Penelitian Politik-Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (P2P-LIPI) bekerja sama dengan LIPI Press.
Bupati pertama perempuan di NTB itu, menyampaikan terima kasih dan penghargaan, kepada Pusat Penelitian Politik-Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (P2P-LIPI) yang mengambil Kabupaten Bima sebagai salah satu lokasi penelitian, mengenai kebijakan politik perempuan kepala daerah dalam menanggulangi persoalan kemiskinan.
Tentu saja akan motivasi kami, khsususnya kaum perempuan untuk terus berperan aktif meningkatkan kualitas diri dan peduli terhadap lingkungan. Perempuan merupakan agen vital menurunkan angka kemiskinan, tentunya perempuan harus terus berbenah dan belajar. Apalagi jika berkeinginan tampil sebagai politisi atau pun Kepala Daerah.
Dihadapan sejumlah narasumber, Bupati mengaku, bahwa Pemerintah Kabupaten Bima telah menerapkan 13 program bersama yang bersinergi dalam penangulangan kemiskinan juga meningkatkan mutu SDM. Program tersebut dibuat bersama 10 OPD di lingkup Pemkab Bima.
Menurut Bupati, 13 progam itu untuk 77 desa dari 191 desa yang ada. Kenapa? untuk memudahkan pengawasan dan pencapaian hasil, memudahkan evaluasi, monitoring sehingga mudah memahami karakteristik masalah dan manfaatnya.
‘’Dan untuk memberi peran yang seluas-luasnya kepada Perempuan, Pemkab Bima sudah memulai melaksanakan Musrenbang khusus Perempuan,’’kata Umi Dinda.
Sedangkan untuk membantu masyarakat miskin terdampak Covid-19, lanjut Bupati, selain bantuan dari Pemerintah Pusat dan Pemerintah Propinsi NTB, juga ada bantuan Jaring Pengaman Sosial (JPS) Bima Ramah dari Pemkab Bima dan Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) dari Pemerintah Desa.
Sedangkan untuk memudahkan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat selama Pandemi Covid-19, Pemkab Bima menggunakan Aplikasi SIMAWAR dan pendataan online kasus Covid-19 melalui Aplikasi MADABIMA.
Dua aplikasi tersebut untuk memudahkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan perempuan, kaum disabilitas, pelayanan rapid test gratis bagi pelajar, mahasiswa dan para santri. (Tim- MP).
