Kab bima-MP-Danrem 162/Wira Bhakti,Brigjen TNI Ahmad Rizal Ramdhani,S.Sos,SH,M.Han, menutup secara resmi kegiatan TMMD ke-110 TA 2021,di Aula Sidang Utama Kantor Bupati Bima,Rabu 31 Maret 2021,siang.
Sebelum mengikuti upacara penutupan,pagi harinya,Danrem Rizal,meninjau hasil proyek fisik yang telah dilaksanakan selama TMMD di Desa Nontotera, Waro dan Tolouwi,Kecamatan Monta.
Danrem,secara pribadi mengucapkan terima kasih pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Bima, telah membantu anggaran untuk kegiatan TMMD.
TNI Manunggal Masuk Desa,merupakan kegiatan membangun negeri,khususnya di Kota dan Kabupaten Bima.Dan diprioritaskan pada daerah yang rawan konflik termasuk,Bima, Dompu dan Lombok Tengah.
“Bersatunya TNI,POLRI dan Masyarakat bisa menciptakan kehidupan yang sejahtera,”ujar Danrem.
Dijelaskan Danrem Wira Bhakti, Pemerintah Kabupaten Bima bersama TNI/POLRI,harus bisa merangkul masyarakat yang ada. Mengajak mereka pada kegiatan-kegiatan positif sehingga, tidak melakukan pelanggaran yang bersifat criminal.Upaya ini,harus didukung oleh masyarakat yang ada di Kabupaten Bima.
“Mudahan-mudahan Kabupaten Bima tetap kondusif,maju dan tentram,”ujar Rizal,sembari menambahkan agar Masyarakat tetap mematuhi protokol Covid-19.
Pandemi covid-19,adalah virus yang mematikan.Oleh karena itu, kata Danrem,mohon pada Pemkab Bima agar tetap mendukung penanganannya.Mengajak masyarakat untuk melakukan Vaksin Sinovac.

Bupati Bima Hj Indah Dhamayanti Putri,SE,atas nama Pemerintah, mengapresiasi kegiatan TMMD di Wilayah Kabupaten Bima.
TNI Manunggal Masuk Desa tersebut,merupakan salah satu langkah untuk mendekatkan diri dan program langsung dengan masyarakat.
“Tentunya,saya berterima kasih pada TNI,atas terlaksananya kegiatan di Monta.Masyarakat juga bisa menjaga situasi hingga aman dan kondusif atas pendampingan TNI/POLRI,”ujar Bupati,pada upacara penutupan TMMD ke-110,di Aula Sidang Utama Kantor Bupati Bima,Rabu 31 Maret 2021, siang.
Melalui kegiatan TMMD, masyarakat bisa merasakan hadirnya Pemerintah di tengah-tengah mereka.Sehingga adanya situasi yang kondusif pun dapat mereka rasakan.
Walaupun pada akhir-akhir ini, di beberapa desa terjadi gesekan,hanya karena masalah sedikit langsung terjadi pertikaian dan memakan korban.
Menurut Bupati Umi Dinda, Pemerintah Kabupaten Bima sangat membutuhkan dukungan TNI/POLRI.Terutama dalam situasi Pandemic Covid-19, untuk ikut membantu mensosialisasikan pentingnya mematuhi Protokol Kesehatan Covid.
Tentunya,pengaruh pandemic covid ini dirasakan hampir oleh seluruh desa dan kecamatan terutama bagi para Petani dan Nelayan.
Sementara itu,Dandim 1608/Bima,Letkol Inf.ngTeuku Mustafa Kamal,melaporkan bahwa pelaksanaan TMMD mengusung tema ‘Wujudkan Sinergi Membangun Negeri’dilaksanakan di Desa Nontotera,Tolo Uwi dan Waro, Kecamatan Monta.
Dijelaskan Dandim 1608/ Bima ini,hasil pekerjaan dan sasaran kegiatan TNI Manunggal Membangun Desa ke 110 di Wilayah Kodim 1608/Bima.Yakni sasaran fisik,telah membangun jalan tani sepanjang 1400x 5 meter dengan hasil seratus persen.Pembangunan satu unit Pos Pam terpadu 9 x 7 meter dengan hasil seratus persen. Pembangunan lima unit deker 2,5 x 5 meter dengan hasil seratus persen.Pembangunan satu unit tempat wudhu dan dua unit MCK Masjid Nurul Hidayah dengan hasil seratus persen. Pemasangan keramik,pintu, jendela,plesteran dan pengecatan Masjid Al-Muttaqin dengan hasil seratus persen.
Untuk Non fisik,kata Teungku, Sosialisasi Protokol Kesehatan Covid-19 dan vaksinasi. Penyuluhan hukum bahaya narkoba.Penyuluhan wawasan dan bela negara.Penyuluhan penghijauan lahan dan hutan. Palayanan Posyandu dari KB Kesehatan.Sosialisasi Pos bindu dan PTM.
Sosialisasi kesehatan reproduksi dan stunting bagi pasangan usia subur(PUS),ibu hamil,bayi dan Balita. Pelayanan pembuatan dan perpanjangan SIM.Pembagian sembako dan bazar murah.
Turut hadir pada penutupan TMMD tahun 2021 ini,antara lain Forkopimda Bima,Asisten,Staf Ahli Bupati,Ketua PN Bima, Wakil Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Bima,Kapolres Bima,Dandim Dompu,dan Pimpinan OPD lingkup Pemkab Bima.
Momen penutupan tersebut,juga diserahkan hasil TMMD ke 110 oleh Dandim 1608/ Bima,kepada Bupati Bima,disaksikan oleh Danrem 162/ Wira Bhakti.
