Kab bima-MP-Diskusi Kelompok Terarah (FGD) Perumusan Panduan Rapat Koordinasi Tingkat Kecamatan (Rakorcam) Tematik Layanan Administrasi Kependudukan (Adminduk) Berbasis Kewenangan Desa (LABKD) kerjasama Pemerintah Kabupaten Bima dengan Program Kolaborasi Masyarakat dan Pelayanan untuk Kesejahteraan (KOMPAK) yang berlangsung Senin (26/4) secara daring dan tatapmuka di Gedung PKK Kabupaten Bima berhasil merumuskan beberapa Rencana Kegiatan Tindak Lanjut (RTL).
Kepala Bidang Perencanan Sosial dan Budaya Bappeda Kabupaten Bima Raani Wahyuni, ST, MT. M.Sc yang memandu penyusunan RKTL tersebut memaparkan,dalam dua bulan ke depan,agenda kegiatan mencakup penyempurnaan dokumen panduan Rakorcam tematik yang pelaksanaannya Minggu IV April sampai dengan Minggu I Bulan Mei 2021 dengan penanggungjawab Tim Bagian Tata Pemerintahan Setda yang didukung KOMPAK.
FGD juga menyepakati perlunya penerbitan surat edaran Bupati tentang Panduan Rakorcam Tematik pada Minggu II dan Minggu III bulan Mei 2021 yang ditindak lanjuti oleh Bagian Tata Pemerintahan.Disamping Bimbingan Teknis tentang Pelaksanaan Rakorcam Tematik dan Minggu IV Mei 2021 oleh Tim Bagian Tata Pemerintahan Setda didukung oleh KOMPAK.
Raani yang menutup FGD memberikan apresiasi kepada semua peserta yang mengikuti seluruh proses dan menghasilkan rekomendasi kegiatan yang akan menjadi rencana tindak lanjut.
“Diskusi ini akan berlanjut dan panduan Rakorcam ini tidak hanya berguna untuk peserta, tetapi juga untuk kecamatan lain”. Tutupnya.
District Coordinator KOMPAK Bima Asrullah Lukman dalam penjelasan terkait alur FGD, “pada sesi I,peserta mendapatkan informasi tentang peran strategis Camat dan Pembina Teknis Pemerintah Desa (PTPD) dalam pelaksanaan pembinaan dan pengawasan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa dan koordinasi lintas sektor.
Pada saat yang sama juga peserta mendapatkan informasi tentang kebijakan daerah dan mekanisme pelaksanaan Layanan Administrasi Kependudukan (Adminduk) Berbasis Kewenangan Desa (LABKD).Disamping telah terhimpun berbagai masukan untuk melengkapi Panduan Fasilitasi Rakorcam Tematik tersebut”.Ungkapnya.(Tim-MP)
