Kab bima-MP-Aparatur Sipil Negara(ASN) dituntut harus mau belajar dan terus menggali kemampuan diri untuk meningkatkan prestasiJangan jumlah sekolah saja yang diperbanyak,namun prestasi juga menjadi sangat penting untuk ditingkatkan.
‘’Proses belajar mengajar, tetap memperhatikan protokol kesehatan Covid-19.Dan penanganannya butuh bersinergi, ASN,TNI,Polri dan masyarakat,’’ujar Bupati Bima, saat melakukan Pembinaan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), Lingkup Dinas Dikbudpora Kecamatan Langgudu,Rabu 16 Juni 2021,pagi.
Selain dihadiri Bupati Hj Indah Dhamayanti Putri SE,pembinaan dilakukan sehari itu,ikut dihadiri pula Wakil Bupati Bima Drs.H Dahlan HM Noer,Camat Langgudu,Kadis Dikbudpora Kabupaten Bima dan seluruh jajaran Dinas Dikbudpora Kecamatan Langgudu.
Dijelaskan Bupati Umi Dinda, ASN harus bisa tampil sederhana,low profil dan pandai membina hubungan.Jujur dalam bekerja dan bergaul.ASN harus mampu bergaul dan menghadirkan rasa nyaman bagi orang disekitar.
‘’ASN harus murah senyum agar orang sekitar dapat merasakan kehadiran kita dalam pergaulan,’’ungkap Bupati.
Bagi Bupati Bima dua periode ini,Kecamatan Langgudu memiliki keistimewaan dan begitu berkesan,sejak mendiang suami tercinta menjabat sebagai Bupati Bima.
Data yang diterima,hingga kini Kecamatan Langgudu memiliki 17 Sekolah Menengah Pertama(SMP) dan 34 Sekolah Dasar(SD).Kata Bupati,masyarakat Langgudu harus merasa bangga karena mampu mengantarkan putra terbaiknya menjadi Wakil Bupati
Bupati mengajak para peserta yang hadir untuk meningkatkan komitmen membangun Kabupaten Bima,dengan bekerja keras dan bekerja cerdas demi Dou Malabo Dana Mbojo tercinta.(ProKom-MP)
