Metropembaharuancq Tajam dan Terpercaya
Kab bima-MP-Bupati Bima Hj. Indah Dhamayanti Putri,SE bersama Bupati dan Walikota se NTB pada hari kamis,22 juli 2021 bertempat di Ruang Rapat Graha Bhakti Praja Kantor Gubernur NTB mengikuti Rakor Percepatan dan Evaluasi penanganan Corona Virus Disease 2019 ( Covid -19 ) di provinsi NTB.
Dalam Rakor tersebut Wakil Gubernur NTB Hj. Sitti Rohmi Djalillah menegaskan bahwa PPKM Berbasis Desa harus benar – benar disukseskan. Hal ini dilakukan agar tidak terjadinya penumpukan permasalahan di Kabupaten dan Kota.
“Jika dimulai dari desa, maka semua sudah mulai difilter, disediakannya posko PPKM,Rumah Isolasi Mandiri disetiap desa yang ditangani oleh Pemerintah Desa, Babinsa,Babinkantibmas yang kemudian tertangani dengan baik, maka insya Allah terus menerus memberikan edukasi protokol covid – 19 kepada masyarakat,” jelas Ummi Rohmi pada saat menyampaikan laporan dalam Rapat Koordinasi tersebut.
Bupati Bima dalam Rakor tersebut juga melaporkan langkah pemerintah daerah dalam melakukan percepatan penanganan Covid -19 antara lain dengan melakukan koordinasi bersama Forkopimda lainnya untuk memastikan kesiapan daerah menghadapi lonjakan pasien covid 19 di kabupaten Bima terutama ketersediaan Tempat Tidur dan ruang perawatan, Obat obatan dan tenaga kesehatan termasuk ketersedian Oksigen di berbagai Puskesmas dan rumah sakit rujukan.
Umi dinda juga menyampaikan bahwa pemerintah daerah juga telah mengeluarkan surat Edaran Bupati Bima nomor 443.1/014/29/2021 tentang pemberlakuan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat dalam rangka pencegahan dan pengendalian penyebaran corona virus disease 2019 di kabupaten bima yang sejalan dengan arahan dari pemerintah Pusat dan provinsi NTB.Termasuk dalam peningkatan dan percepatan Vaksinasi,Umi dinda jelaskan telah mengeluarkan instruksi .
“surat edaran tentang PPKM dan instruksi kami keluarkan sesuai arahan presiden RI,bahwa dalam percepatan untuk mencapai herd immunity ada dua hal utama yang harus dilakukan yaitu percepatan capaian vaksinasi dan pelaksaan protokol kesehatan secara nyata. “ sambung Umi dinda.
Sementara itu,Gubernur NTB,Dr. H.Zulkieflimansyah mengajak seluruh bupati dan walikota untuk menyerap beras petani melalui pemberdayaan UMKM lokal selama masa PPKM darurat. Langkah ini sebagai upaya bersama untuk melindungi perkonomian masyarakat terutama ekonomi masyarakat kecil yang berprofesi sebagai petani.
“Alhamdulillah kami di provinsi sudah mulai menyusun kebijakan untuk memberikan tunjangan beras kepada ASN. Dan mudah-mudahan kebijakan ini dapat diikuti oleh seluruh kabupaten kota dalam mengoptimalisasi penyerapan gabah petani lokal,” ajak gubernur .
Dihadapan seluruh bupati walikota yang hadir, Dr. Zul sapaan akrabnya menegaskan, selama masa PPKM mulai diberlakukan untuk memutus mata rantai penyebaran Covid-19, prioritas utama pemerintah adalah menjaga kesehatan dan jiwa masyarakat dari bahaya virus Corona.
Tapi di sisi lain, pemerintah juga harus menjamin ekonomi masyarakat tetap berjalan dengan baik meski diberlakukan pembatasan aktivitas.Sehingga menjaga keseimbangan kedua sektor ini menjadi tanggung jawab semua.
“Untuk itu,mari kita bahu membahu untuk melindungi UMKM melalui penyerapan beras lokal untuk diberikan kepada para ASN melalui tunjangannya. Insyaallah pemerintah provinsi akan menerapkan mulai awal Agustus mendatang” harap gubernur.(Prokim-MP)
