Kab bima-MP-Menanggapi Berita pada sejumlah media massa yang merilis laporan KPK terkait harta kekayaan Bupati Bima yang mencapai Rp 19 milyaran lebih ditengah Pandemi Covid-19, dapat disampaikan sebagai berikut:
Kewajiban penyelenggara negara untuk melaporkan harta kekayaannya diatur dalam UU Nomor 28 Tahun 1999 tentang Penyelenggaraan Negara Yang Bersih dan Bebas dari Korupsi, Kolusi dan Nepotisme dan Peraturan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi Nomor: 07 Tahun 2016 tentang Tata Cara Pendaftaran, Pengumuman dan Pemeriksaan Harta Kekayaan Penyelenggara Negara.
Mengacu pada pelaporan LHKPN Bupati Bima per 31 Maret tahun 2019,total harta kekayaan Bupati Bima senilai Rp 13.519.285.613 dan pada tahun 2020,total harta kekayaan menjadi Rp.14.959.624.604. Jumlah ini mengalami kenaikan sebesar Rp 1.440.338.991 dari tahun sebelumnya yang berasal dari komponen harta tak bergerak/bergerak,kas/setara kas.
Perlu diketahui bahwa sampai saat ini,belum ada hasil pelaporan LHKPN pejabat yang diumumkan pada laman KPK untuk LHKPN tahun 2021,karena akan diumumkan tahun 2022 mendatang.
Untuk tahapan pelaporan harta kekayaan Wajib Lapor LHKPN Tahun 2021,KPK mewajibkan setiap pejabat negara untuk melaporkan harta kekayaan pada setiap tanggal 1 Januari-31 Maret Tahun 2022 dan setelah melalui proses verifikasi maka akan diumumkan melalui laman resmi di atas.
Dengan demikian maka angka Rp. 19 Milyar harta kekayaan Bupati Bima 2021 tidak dapat dipertanggung jawabkan keabsahannya.
Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) melalui Deputi Pencegahan dan Monitoring telah menyediakan website E-LHKPN untuk mempermudah penyelenggara mendaftarkan,mengumumkan dan diperiksa harta kekayaannya untuk memastikan integritas para Pejabat Negara.
Bagi masyarakat yang berkeinginan untuk menjalankan fungsi chek dan balance harta kekayaan pejabat negara termasuk Bupati Bima/Wakil Bupati dan Jajarannya yang termasuk dalam Wajib Lapor sesuai amanat peraturan perundang-undangan,bisa mengakses E-Announcement di Website E-LHKPN KPK.

Masyarakat diharapkan untuk men-chek KEBENARAN angka tersebut dalam Website KPK.
Selama ini KPK tidak menyediakan fasilitas lain, selain laman E-LHKPN untuk mengakses kebenaran harta yang diumumkan bagi setiap wajib lapor LHKPN.(Prokopim-MP)
