Abdul Wahab Usman, SH, M.Si dan Kepala BKD dan Diklat Kabupaten Bima Drs. Agussalim M.Si
Bupati mengawali arahannya dengan menghimbau agar para pejabat yang baru saja dilantik bekerja dengan sepenuh hati dan mensyukuri amanah yang diberikan. Amanah yg diemban hari ini harus dijaga sepenuh hati, dan diterima sebagai takdir yang terbaik dari Allah SWT. Kepada para pejabat eselon III yang dilantik, saya perlu sampaikan bahwa tidak mudah mencari figur terbaik untuk menduduki jabatan yang saat ini ada dipundak saudara-saudara, karena itu tunjukkan kinerja sebaik mungkin dan prestasi sehingga pantas membanggakan diri dengan jabatan yang diamanahkan. Pastikan diri kita menjadi bagian yang terdepan dalam menyukseskan visi Bima RAMAH”.
Pada kesempatan tersebut Bupati kembali menegaskan bahwa prosesi pelantikan tersebut merupakan bagian dari upaya pemerintah daerah meningkatkan kinerja. “Pelantikan dan pengukuhan pejabat jajaran Pemerintah Kabupaten Bima tersebut untuk memenuhi kebutuhan organisasi dan kelembagaan pemerintah Kabupaten Bima. Untuk itu, setelah pelantikan agar segera melakukan rapat koordinasi dan memastikan tempat bekerja dapat menunjang kegiatan kedinasan. Pejabat yang dilantik pada dua OPD yang baru dibentuk juga diminta melakukan pembatasan tugas dan pembagian staf dari dinas induk.
Bupati Bima juga secara khusus memberikan arahan kepada empat orang camat dan enam orang Sekretaris yang dilantik. keempat camat tersebut Fadillah, SS. (Camat Tambora), Tajudin Noor, S.Sos. (Camat Madapangga), Drs. M. Sidik (Camat Lambu) dan Hafid, S.Sos. (Camat Lambitu) dan enam orang Sekretaris Camat (Sekcam).
