Metropembaharuancq Tajam dan Terpercaya
Kab bima-MP-Pertemuan Silaturahmi Sekretaris Daerah kabupaten Bima Drs.H.M. Taufik HAK M.Si dengan Kepala Sub Bagian Satuan Tugas (Satgas) Sinergitas Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Terorisme (BNPT) Wilayah NTB LetKol (sus) Harianto yang didampingi Sub Koordinator Pelaporan BNPT Eddy Purwanto beserta empat orang anggota tim sinergitas berlangsung Senin (31/01) di Ruang Rapat Sekretaris Daerah.
Tatapmuka tersebut secara khusus membahas pembangunan Kawasan Terpadu Nusantara (KTN) sebagai salah satu bentuk upaya penanggulangan radikal terorisme melalui pendekatan lunak (soft approach) dengan membentuk sebuah wadah kolaborasi dan terbukanya kemitraan terpadu dalam penanggulangan terorisme dari hulu ke hilir. Pada Pertemuan tersebut Sekda didampingi Kepala Badan Kesbangpol kabupaten Bima Drs. H. Arifudin dan Kabag Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan Setda.
Sekda dalam sambutannya mengatakan bahwa dalam upaya deradikalisasi dan mengurangi paham radikal terorisme, maka pemerintah daerah dan semua pihak perlu merangkul semua elemen yang terpapar faham tersebut untuk membangun daerah. Berkaitan dengan hal ini Badan Kesbangpol diminta untuk meningkatkan pembinaan kepada masyarakat dan juga pada saat yang sama melakukan pengawasan.
“KTN merupakan satu langkah strategis untuk meminimalisasi radikalisme.Oleh karena itu pihak-pihak terkait,baik pemerintah daerah, BNPT maupun perangkat daerah terkait perlu duduk bersama agar implementasi program KTN ini dapat berjalan efektif sesuai harapan dan juga dipahami oleh masyarakat. Dengan demikian maka perlu pendekatan humanis dan pembinaan berkelanjutan serta pendampingan di tingkat masyarakat yang terpapar agar mereka memahami pendekatan yang dilakukan”. Terang Sekda.
Kasubag Satgas Letkol Harianto dalam pemaparannya mengatakan, sinergitas antar kementerian dan lembaga yang telag dibangun BNPT dimulai pada tahun 2016 dengan 17 kementerian dan hingga tahun 2020 telah mendapatkan dukungan penuh 38 kementeriaan/lembaga melalui realisasi 478 kegiatab pada 14 daerah kabupaten/kota di NTB, Sulawwesi Tengah dan Jawa Tengah.
KTN akan dapat dioptimalkan keberadaannya sesuai rekomendasi pemerintah daerah secara sektoral pada beragam aktifitas ekonomo baik pariwisata,peternakan, pertanian maupun sektor ekonomi lainnya.”Belanja (penjajakan) permasalahan dan potensi di tingkat daerah oleh Tim Satgas BNPT merupakan tahapan untuk mensinergikan dengan program di tingkat pusat,mengingat potensi dan dinamika masing-masing wilayah berbeda dan memerlukan pemndekatan yang berbeda pula”.Tandasnya.(Prokim-MP)
