Bupati Bima Hj.Indah Dhamayanti Putri,SE yang didampingi para Staf Ahli,Asisten Setda, Inspektur,para Kepala OPD dan Kepala Bagian Lingkup Sekretariat Daerah memberikan beberapa arahan berkaitan pelaksanaan tugas-tugas kedinasan OPD teknis perencanaan tersebut.
Dihadapan para pejabat Eselon III, Eselon IV, pejabat fungsional perencana dan staf Bappeda, Bupati mengungkapkan bahwa staf dan pejabat yang berkarir di Bappeda umumnya memiliki kemampuan dan kompetensi yang baik.Sehingga prospek dan jenjang kariernya juga bagus. Namun demikian hal ini tidak berarti ASN yang mengabdi pada instansi lainnya tidak memberikan memberikan warna yang berarti.
Kepada kedua pejabat yang melakukan serah terima jabatan, Bupati Bima memaparkan,selama 1,5 tahun Suwandi ST,MT bertugas di Bappeda dan selanjutnya bertugas di Dinas PUPR,tentu saja telah membawa sejumlah peningkatan kinerja Bappeda.
Oleh karena itu,Kepala pejabat Bappeda yang baru harus mampu membuat inovasi,menjiwai dan menjabarkan dengan baik dokumen RPJMD.
