Mataram .MP.Gubernur NTB, Dr. H. Zulkieflimansyah mengingatkan para kepala desa di seluruh wilayah NTB untuk senantiasa memberikan pelayanan dan pengabdian terbaik untuk masyarakat. Sebab, tugaskepala desa kata Bang Zul adalah melayani masyarakat dengan sebaik-baiknya.
Gubernur menyampaikan itu saat menerima silaturahim sejumlah kepala desa dari Kabupaten Bima dan Dompu, di Pendopo Gubernur, Rabu (26/02/2020). Saat menerima para kades itu, Gubernur Bang Zul didampingi Kepala Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Pemerintahan Desa dan Penduduk Catatan Sipil NTB, Dr. Azhari.
“Kepala desa adalah pelayan desa. Dia akan melayani dan memikirkan kemajuan desa,” ungkap Gubernur.
Selain itu, Bang Zul mengingatkan para Kades untuk tidak memperkaya diri. Apalagi memperkaya diri tersebut dengan menggunakan dana desa yang seharusnya untuk kemaslahatan masyarakat. Kalau itu dilakukan, maka akan berkonsekuensi hukum dan mengganggu jalannya pemerintahan dan pembangunan.
Bang Zul juga meminta kepala desa tersebut untuk fokus memikirkan sejumlah program yang dapat mendongkrak perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Apalagi Presiden Jokowi memerintahkan seluruh kepala desa memanfaatkan dana desa tersebut untuk program pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui padat karya.
Program tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan kesempatan kerja bagi masyarakat yang tidak mampu. Penggunaan anggaran dana desa juga harus diarahkan untuk menggerakkan sektor sektor produktifitas di tingkat desa. Mulai dari pengelolaan pasca panen, industri kecil budidaya perikanan, desa wisata dan industrialisasi pedesaan yang mampu menjadi pengungkit ekonomi desa.
Gubernur berharap dana desa yang ada dapat dimanfaatkan untuk melayani kebutuhan masyarakat. Termasuk sejumlah program unggulan Pemerintah Provinsi NTB, seperti industrialisasi, zero waste, revitalisasi posyandu dan program prioritas lainnya.
Selain silaturahim, para kepala desa itu mengajukan sejumlah program kepada Gubernur. Program yang mereka ajukan diantaranya terkait pertanian, peternakan dan infrastruktur.
Para kepala desa dari Kabupaten Dompu yang hadir saat itu diantaranya, Kepala Desa Sawe, Daha, Rasa Bou, Cempi Jaya, Kiwu, Ta’a dan Doromelo.
Sedangkan dari Kabupaten Bima, diantaranya Kepala Desa Naru, Kowo, Nae, Woja, Sangga dan Mandala.(HP.Ntb.).
