“Kota Tangerang dalam waktu dekat dengan seluruh rekan-rekan se-Jabodetabek akan melaksanakan PSBB tapi yang menjadi catatan adalah PSBB ini langkah lanjut dalam rangka lebih mendisiplinkan masyarakat agar kita sama-sama bisa segera memutus rantai Covid-19, ” tutur Arief, Minggu (12/04/2020).
Untuk itu, Arief meminta masyarakat bisa lebih bersabar dan disiplin melaksanakan ketentuan PSBB. Karena kunci keberhasilan dari PSBB ini adalah justru dari masyarakat yang mau disiplin mau berperan untuk mematuhi aturan pemerintah.
“Maka untuk itu, jangan sampai PSBB ini nggak ada hasilnya. Karena perjuangan yang nggak maksimal bukan cuma dari sisi pemerintah tapi dari kita semua,” jelasnya.
Selain itu,Arief juga menjelaskan,secara umum PSBB meliputi peliburan sekolah,pembatasan kegiatan keagamaan,pembatasan kegiatan sosial dan budaya, pembatasan moda transportasi, serta pembatasan kegiatan di fasilitas umum maupun area publik.
Namun pihaknya menjelaskan,pemberlakuan PSBB tidak serta merta menghentikan semua kegiatan. Udah beberapa sektor yang tetap beroperasi meski status PSBB sudah diberlakukan.
“Layanan kesehatan,perijinan dan administrasi kependudukan masih buka meskipun masyarakat kami arahkan ke layanan online.Beberapa industri juga masih jalan seperti industri kesehatan,pangan, energi,komunikasi,logistik distribusi barang,dan sektor-sektor yang berkaitan dengan kebutuhan sehari-hari.Ambil contoh pasar, retail, toko kelontong,dan warung,bisa beroperasi,” paparnya.
Beberapa moda transportasi pun boleh beroperasi saat PSBB berlaku.Semua layanan transportasi udara,laut,kereta api,dan jalan raya tetap berjalan dengan pembatasan jumlah penumpang.
Demikian halnya dengan transportasi untuk layanan kebakaran,layanan hukum,dan ketertiban,termasuk transportasi yang mengangkut barang seperti ojek online,tetap berjalan.
Sebagai informasi pemberlakukan PSBB di Kota Tangerang bersama dengan Kota Tangerang Selatan dan Kabupaten Tangerang,sudah mendapatkan lampu hijau dari Kementerian Kesehatan RI. Namun untuk detail pelaksanaanya masih akan dibahas oleh ketiga pemerintah daerah dengan difasilitasi oleh Pemprov Banten.(F).
