Ini membuktikan bahwa kesiagaan dan gerak cepat seluruh mahasiswa di NTB terhadap masalah kemanusiaan dan kebencanaan sangat besar.
“Terima kasih banyak kepada adek-adek mahasiswa. Saya akui bahwa kepedulian mahasiswa di seluruh NTB sangat besar untuk membantu meringankan beban masyarakat yang kena musibah,” Puji Bang Zul saat melepas secara simbolis bantuan dan relawan mahasiswa Unram di Pendopo Gubernur NTB, Rabu (20/10).
Bukan hanya mahasiswa Unram, Menurut Bang Zul,hampir seluruh mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi dan swasta yang tersebar di NTB memiliki kepedulian yang sangat besar terhadap masalah sosial lainnya.Terutama kesiagaan mahasiswa ketika mendengar ada musibah yang menimpa masyarakat NTB seperti musibah kebakaran di Sape.
“Semoga bantuan ini memberi harapan baru bagi masyarakat korban kebakaran.Saya harap kalian juga hati-hati di jalan dan membantu warga di sana,” pinta Bang Zul.
Bantuan yang akan disalurkan berupa sembako,pakaian,terpal dan kebutuhan dasar lainnya tersebut merupakan sumbangan mahasiswa dari semua fakultas Unram dengan total yang terkumpul sebanyak Rp 70 juta. (Diskominfotik-MP)
