Mataram—MP-Pemerintah Provinsi NTB melalui Asisten I Setda Provinsi NTB, Baiq Eva Nurcahyaningsih, M.Si menegaskan bahwa strategi untuk mengejar target vaksinasi di NTB harus dimatangkan guna melancarkan Kick Off Vaksin Booster di NTB.
Hal tersebut diungkapkannya saat menghadiri Rapat Persiapan Pencanangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 Lanjutan (Booster) Provinsi NTB secara virtual, Senin (17/01).
“Strategi persiapan vaksinasi booster di NTB harus benar-benar dimatangkan, karena kita juga harus mengejar target vaksinasi dosis II, 70% di akhir Februari dan 80% di bulan Maret,” kata Bunda Eva, sapaan akrabnya.
Selain mengenai strategi persiapan, Bunda Eva, sapaannya juga mengingatkan seluruh peserta rapat agar terus mengkoordinasikan stok ketersediaan vaksin serta upaya sosialisasi terkait pentingnya vaksin booster untuk masyarakat.
“Stok ketersediaan vaksin juga harus kita perhatikan, dan sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya booster harus terus dilakukan, mengingat vaksinasi dosis II yang belum 100%, sehingga acara Kick Off Vaksin Booster nanti bisa jadi penjaring untuk kejar target vaksinasi dosis II,” jelasnya.
Program Vaksinasi Booster merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam memaksimalkan lanjutan dari vaksinasi primer untuk mengembalikan imunitas dan proteksi klinis yang menurun.
Selain itu, munculnya varian-varian covid-19 yang baru, seperti Omicron juga menyebabkan masyarakat harus mampu beradaptasi untuk hidup di masa pandemi demi kesehatan jangka panjang.
Oleh sebab itu, Bunda Eva berharap agar seluruh pihak dapat membantu mensukseskan dan mendukung program tersebut untuk memotivasi masyarakat melakukan vaksin booster.
“Kita berharap semua pihak dapat mendukung program ini agar masyarakat termotivasi untuk melakukan vaksin booster,” tutup Bunda Eva.
Vaksinasi Booster sendiri telah dilaksanakan Kementerian Kesehatan RI sejak Agustus 2021. Kini, akhirnya Kick Off Vaksin Booster di NTB akan mulai dilaksanakan pada 19 Januari 2022 mendatang.
Turut hadir dalam rapat koordinasi tersebut, yaitu Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi NTB, Kabid Propam Polda NTB, Direktur RSUD Provinsi NTB, Direktur RS Mandalika, Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kab. Lombok Tengah dan para stakeholders terkait. (Diskominfotikntb-MP)
