“Dalam upaya percepatan dan koordinasi penanganan Covid-19, pemerintah Kabupaten Bima telah menerbitkan dua produk hukum berupa dua Peraturan Bupati, tujuh Surat Keputusan Bupati dan satu Instruksi Bupati”. Jelasnya di hadapan unsur FORKOMPIMDA, Sekretaris Daerah, Staf Ahli, Asisten, Kepala OPD, Para Kepala Bagian, Para Camat dan Pejabat Eselon III dan fungsional lingkup pemerintah Kabupaten Bima.
Di bidang kepegawaian, pemerintah Kabupaten Bima telah melaksanakan Seleksi Jabatan Tinggi Pratama untuk mengisi tujuh jabatan yang lowong yaitu Staf Ahli Bupati bidang politik, Hukum dan Pemerintahan, Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah, Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan, Dinas Komunikasi, Informasi dan Statistik, Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi, Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan serta Dinas Lingkungan Hidup.
Demikian halnya di bidang organisasi, melalui Peraturan Daerah Nomor 6 Tahun 2021 tentang Perubahan Atas Perda Nomor 4 Tahun 2016 tentang Pembentukan dan Susunan Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Bima, telah dibentuk dua perangkat daerah yaitu Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan serta Badan Pengelola Pendapatan Daerah.
