Metropembaharuancq Tajam dan Terpercaya
Dalam keputusan 003.2-504 tahun 2020 itu, Gubernur memutuskan bahwa Pelaksanaan Hari Raya Idul Fitri di NTB dilaksanakan dengan memerhatikan hal-hal sebagai berikut:
A. Pengumpulan zakat fitrah dan/atau ZIS (Zakat,Infak,dan Shadaqah) diusahakan menghindari kontak fisik secara langsung, dan bisa dilakukan melalui layanan jemput zakat dan transfer layanan perbankan;
B. Penyaluran Zakat Fitrah dan/atau ZiS (Zakat,Infak, dan Shadaqah) yang ada di masjid,mushola,dan tempat pengumpulan zakat lainnya yang berada di lingkungan masyarakat dapat diberikan secara langsung kepada mustahik dengan tetap mengikuti protokol kesehatan;
C. Dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19,takbir dilaksanakan melalui media televisi,radio,media sosial,dan media digital lainnya;
D. Takbir dapat dilakukan dilaksanakan di masjid hanya oleh pengurus takmir masjid;
E. Salat Idul Fitri 1441 H dilakukan dilaksanakan di rumah masing-masing;
F. Silaturahim atau halal bihalal Idul Fitri 1441 H bisa dilakukan melalui media sosial dan video call/conference;
G. Perayaan lebaran topat dengan keramaian yang lazim dilaksanakan sepekan setelah Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1441 H ditiadakan;
H. Sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan, seluruh mall, pusat perbelanjaan dan toko-toko pakaian untuk sementara ditutup sejak tanggal 20 Mei 2020 sampai waktu yang ditentukan kemudian;
I. Dalam menjalankan ibadah ramadhan dan syawal, seyogyanya masing-masing pihak turut mendorong, menciptakan, dan menjaga kondusivitas kehidupan keberagaman dengan tetap mengedepankan ukhuwah islamiyah ukhuwah wathaniyah dan ukhuwah basyariah;
J. Kepada seluruh aparat keamanan terkait (TNI, Polri), Pol PP, Camat, Lurah/kepala desa, kepala lingkungan dan ketua RT dengan selalu melibatkan peran serta aktif dari para tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat, dan organisasi kemasyarakatan lainnya di masing-masing lingkungan untuk meningkatkan pengawasan dan penertiban agar keputusan Gubernur ini dapat dilaksanakan dalam rangka memutus mata rantai penyebaran Covid-19 di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat;
K. Senantiasa memperhatikan instruksi pemerintah daerah terkait pencegahan dan penanganan Covid-19.
Dalam diktum berikutnya dinyatakan pula bahwa dengan berlakunya keputusan Gubernur ini, maka keputusan Bersama Gubernur NTB,Ketua DPRD Provinsi NTB,Kepala Kepolisian Daerah NTB,Kepala Badan Intelijen Negara Daerah NTB, Kepala Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi NTB,Komandan Korem 162/Wira Bhakti,Ketua Umum Majelis Ulama Indonesia Provinsi NTB,Ketua Pengurus Wilayah Nahdlatul Ulama Provinsi NTB,Ketua Pengurus Wilayah Muhammadiyah Provinsi NTB ketua Pengurus Wilayah Nahdlatul Wathan Provinsi NTB, Ketua Dewan Masjid Indonesia Provinsi NTB,
Ketua Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama Provinsi NTB tentang Pelaksanaan Idul Fitri 1 Syawal 1441 H di tengah Pandemi Wabah COVID NOMOR 220/189 BKBPDN/2020, NOMOR kep/288/V/2020. NOMOR: B/1658 KW.19.1 2/KV.00/ 3/2020, NOMOR : B 652/V/2020 tanggal 13 Mei 2020,dicabut dan dinyatakan tidak berlaku.
Saat rapat koordinasi terkait pelaksanaan Salat Idul Fitri bersama Wakil Gubernur dan jajaran Forkopimda di Ruang Rapat Utama, Kantor Gubernur NTB,Selasa,19 Mei 2020,Gubernur pun memberikan penjelasan atas keputusan tersebut.
“Kami mengimbau masyarakat NTB untuk melaksanakan salat Idul Fitri di rumah, pada saat yang sama pula, kami minta mall, toko pakaian dan pusat keramaian lainnya untuk secepatnya ditutup,” kata Gubernur yang akrab disapa Bang Zul ini.
Jangan sampai, lanjut Gubernur, ada kesan imbauan tersebut hanya pada tempat ibadah saja. Padahal, semua tempat yang memungkinkan adanya kerumunan seharusnya tidak boleh dibuka.
“Memang betul,kita semua ingin Salat Jumat dan Salat Idul Fitri, tetapi sekarang kita berbicara tentang keselamatan masyarakat. Apalagi,belakangan ini yang sembuh Covid-19 di daerah kita mulai meningkat,jangan sampai karena euforia kita ingin lebaran,membuat kita kembali ke titik semula,” ujar Gubernur.
Gubernur menegaskan dirinya memahami kerinduan masyarakat untuk kembali beribadah dan merayakan lebaran secara normal. Namun,menurutnya Covid-19 telah melahirkan kendala dan membatasi banyak aktivitas.
Kendala ini, ujarnya,tidak hanya dirasakan warga NTB sendirian.
“Tapi ini kendala di seluruh daerah. Oleh karena itu, kami minta kepada seluruh kabupaten kota untuk mengimbau seluruh masyarakat untuk salat Idul fitri di rumah,” serunya.
Ia berharap,apa yang telah diputuskan hari ini bisa ditindaklanjuti oleh pemerintah kabupaten/kota di NTB.
Menurut Gubernur, imbauan salat Idul Fitri di rumah harus dibarengi dengan keseriusan semua pihak untuk tak membiarkan keramaian di pusat perbelanjaan dan pusat keramaian lainnya.
“Sekali lagi, jangan sampai masyarakat bertanya-tanya, kenapa mall dibuka dan ramai, sedangkan masjid kelihatan ditekan. Kedua tempat ini harus kita tegaskan bersama,” tutup Gubernur
