Kab bima-MP-Bupati Bima,mengeluarkan Surat Edaran (SE), terkait dengan pelaksanaan shalat idul Adha 14 41 H/ 2020 M.
Surat Edaran tersebut ditandatangani Bupati Hj Indah Dhamayanti Putri SE,ditujukan kepada Camat dan Kepala Desa se Kabupaten Bima,tentang pelaksanaan Idul Adha 1441 Hijriah, di tengah pandemi wabah Covid-19 menuju New Normal.
Dasar Hukum SE tersebut adalah,surat Kepala Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat,Nomor: B-2115/KW.19.3/3/BA.00/VII/2020,tanggal 4 Juli 2020,Perihal Petunjuk Penerapan Protokol Kesehatan,Pada Pelaksanaan Shalat Idul Adha dan Penyembelihan Hewan Qurban.
Dengan menyesuaikan Pelaksanaan Tatanan Kenormalan Baru (New Normal),untuk menekan dan memutus mata rantai penyebaran corona virus desease 2019 (covid-19).
Pemerintah menghimbau bahwa,tempat penyelenggaraan shalat Idul Adha dan penyembelihan hewan qurban,dapat dilaksanakan di semua wilayah,dengan memperhatikan protokol kesehatan. Kecuali pada wilayah yang dianggap masih belum aman dari covid-19.
Takbiran di malam hari raya Idul Adha,dilaksanakan di Masjid,Mushola,hanya oleh pengurus,Cepe Lebe,Lebe Nae dengan pengeras suara dan tidak melakukan takbir keliling.
Penyelenggaraan Shalat Idul Adha 1441 Hijriah/2020 M, dibolehkan untuk dilaksanakan di Lapangan/Masjid dengan syarat menyiapkan dan melaksanakan Protokol Kesehatan Covid-19 (memakai masker,menjaga jarak minimal 1 meter,cuci tangan dengan sabun/ hand Sanitizer).
Membawa sajadah/alas shalat masing-masing dari rumah. Tidak mewadahi sumbangan/sedekah jamaah,dengan cara menjalankan kotak amal.Karena berpindah-pindah tangan yang rawan terhadap penularan penyakit.
Mempersingkat pelaksanaan shalat dan khutbah Idul Adha,tanpa mengurangi ketentuan syarat dan rukunnya.
Penyelenggaraan penyembelihan hewan qurban,harus memperhatikan protokol kesehatan.
Kemudian diminta aparat keamanan TNI,Polri,Pol PP, Camat dan Kades untuk meningkatkan pengamanan dan pengawasan untuk memutus mata rantai penyebaran covid 19.(PKSB-MP).
