Demikian salah satu poin pengantar Bupati Bima Hj Indah Dhamayanti Putri SE saat memberikan sambutan pada kunjungan silaturahmi Rektor Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Prof. Dr. Hj.Amany Lubis, MA yang didampingi Wakil Rektor Bidang Kerjasama Prof. Dr. Lily Surraya Eka Putri, M.Env.Stud beserta rombongan Kamis (7/10) di Aula Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Bima.
Pada Sosialisasi Program Santri Berprestasi Lingkup Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten/Kota Bima yang turut dihadiri Walikota Bima H. Muhammad Lutfi SE dan Plh Kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Bima Mujiburrahman S.Ag tersebut,Bupati menambahkan,semangat para orangtua untuk melanjutkan studi putra-putrinya hingga ke jenjang tertinggi telah terpatri sejak zaman dahulu sehingga banyak yang melanjutkan pendidikan hingga ke Mekkah di era Kesultanan Bima”.Kata Bupati.
Sebelumnya,Rektor UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta dalam pengantarnya dihadapan peserta sosialisasi yang dihadiri para kepala Madrasah Aliyah dan pimpinan Pondok Pesantren Se-Kabupaten dan Kota Bima tersebut mengatakan, kampus yang dipimpinnya memiliki 80 program studi S1 hingga S3 yang diasuh 70 guru besar dengan 35 ribu mahasiswa. Puluhan ribu mahasiswa tersebut menyebar pada 12 fakultas dengan 6 fakultas agama dan 6 fakultas umum termasuk ilmu kesehatan”.Terangnya.
Sesuai arahan Presiden, kita membutuhkan generasi muda yang unggul. Oleh karena itu kita perlu membina anak didik melalui kerangka kerjasama dimana ada alokasikan jumlah mahasiswa yang disepakati dan kami berkomitmen agar para calon mahasiswa yang masuk UIN akan dibina dengan baik”.Imbuh Rektor.
Mudah-mudahan terjalin kerjasama dalam mendidik putra-putri terbaik di kampus terbaik untuk bisa memajukan bangsa dan melanjutkan pembangunan nasional disegala bidang.Tutup Prof Amany.
Pertemuan tersebut, para pihak melakukan penandatanganan kerjasama yang secara garis besar memuat tujuan sebagai bahan acuan pelaksanaan kerjasama dan hubungan Kelembagaan antara para pihak, baik dalam koordinasi, asistensi maupun supervise dalam penyelenggaraan Program Beasiswa Akademik Bagi Putra/Putri Daerah Kabupaten Bima.
Cakupan perjanjian Kerjasama ini meliputi seluruh kegiatan, baik akademis maupun non akademis yang terkait dengan penyelenggaraan Program Beasiswa Akademik Bagi Putra/Putri Daerah Kabupaten Bima.(Prokim-MP)
