Metropembaharuancq Tajam dan Terpercaya
Kab bima-MP-Kabupaten Bima dinilai oleh Pemerintah Pusat berhasil dalam menurunkan secara signifikan angka stunting sepanjang tahun 2020. Untuk mengoptimalkan intervensi penanganan stunting secara terintegrasi baik di tingkat pusat maupun daerah Kementerian Perencanaan Pembangunan/Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional RI secara khusus mengundang Pemerintah Kabupaten Bima melalui Bappeda dan instansi terkait melakukan Review Pengendalian Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) untuk penurunan stunting Tahun Anggaran 2020.
Untuk mengioptimalkan persiapan pemaparan tersebut Senin (15/02) dilakukan Rapat Koordinasi Kinerja Penanganan Stunting di Kabupaten Bima yang berlangsung di Kantor Bappeda Kabupaten Bima dan diikuti 17 peserta yang merupakan perwakilan Bappeda, Dinas PU PR, Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa, Dinas Kesehatan, Dinas Kominfo dan Statistik, Dinas Dikbudporra dan Dinas Perkim.
Pelaksana Tugas Kepala Bappeda Kabupaten Bima Drs. H. Muzakkir M.Sc yang memimpin rapat tersebut mengemukakan, “Bappenas ingin melakukan redesain tata kelola Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) terkait penanganan stunting. Terkait hal tersebut Bappeda Kabupaten Bima diminta untuk memberikan masukan bagi upaya perbaikan pemanfaatan DAK stunting tersebut.
Pada rapat yang juga dihadiri Sekretaris Bappeda H.Fahrudin S.Sos, M.AP tersebut, Kepala Bappeda mengungkapkan, “DAK stunting menyebar ke sejumlah perangkat daerah terkait,maka perlu dilakukan identifikasi baik DAK fisik maupun DAK Non-Fisik untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan dan pencapaian target penurunan stunting di tingkat daerah.Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan koordinasi lintas sektoral untuk memastikan tata kelola berlangsung sesuai dengan target yang sudah ditetapkan”. Jelasnya.
Sebelumnya, Kepala Bidang Perencanaan Sosial dan Budaya Bappeda Kabupaten Bima Raani Wahyuni, ST, MT,. M.Sc yang memandu rapat menjelaskan, review akan berlangsung Kamis (18/02) secara virtual melalui perangkat zoom meeting.pihak yang akan ikut serta pada Review Pengendalian DAK tersebut yaitu Kementerian Dalam Negeri, Kementerian Kesehatan, Kementerian PUPR, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, Kementerian Keuangan, Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional, dan Bappeda Provinsi NTB.
Ditambahkannya, sejumlah poin penting yang dibahas dalam pertemuan antara lain mekanisme koordinasi perencanaan dan penyusunan rencana kegiatan DAK stunting lintas sektoral di daerah, data kondisi stunting dan faktor determinan seperti air bersih, sanitasi, rawan pangan serta gambaran kondisi desa lokus balita stunting.
Aspek lainnya pemanfaatan DAK Stunting dalam kegiatan pemerintah daerah termasuk kendala dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan, mekanisme koordinasi pemanfaatan anggaran dalam mendukung pelaksanaan konvergensi stunting, identifikasi kesesuaian menu serta realisasi kegiatan pelaksanaan DAK tematik stunting lintas bidang tahun 2020 disamping rekomendasi daerah untuk meningkatkan efektivitas perencanaan dan pelaksanaan DAK terkait ke depan”.
