“Penanaman kembali di seluruh wilayah kabupaten Bima yang secara simbolis dilakukan pada kesempatan hari ini karena beberapa bencana alam banjir yang terjadi dan bermuara ke kota Bima merupakan kontribusi dari kerusakan hutan yang salah satunya di kecamatan Ambalawi”. Terang Bupati.
Oleh karena itu lanjut Bupati yang hadir bersama Dandim 1608/Bima Letkol Inf Muhammad Zia Ulhaq,Kapolres Bima Kota AKBP Henry Novika Chandra, Sekda Drs.H.M Taufik HAK M.Si, Staf Ahli,Asisten,Kepala Perangkat Daerah,Kabag Setda dan para Camat,perlu dipahami bahwa kegiatan ini bukan hanya seremonial tetapi mengajak masyarakat untuk menanam kembali memelihara alam”. Tegasnya.
Pada momen tersebut,Bupati IDP menyampaikan terima kasih kepada komunitas peduli lingkungan,Perguruan Silat, Pramuka, guru,siswa dan seluruh elemen yang hadir pada kegiatan penghijauan untuk terus melakukan hal positif dan mengajak seluruh masyarakat Bima untuk melestarikan alam.
“Terima kasih juga kepada aparat TNI dan Polri yang banyak membantu menjaga lingkungan karena tanpa pengawasan aparat, penghijauan tidak dilaksanakan dengan baik”. Tutup Bupati.
Sebelumnya, Camat Ambalawi A.Muis S.Sos dalam pengantarnya mengatakan,Kegiatan penghijauan tingkat kabupaten Bima yang dipusatkan di Kecamatan Ambalawi ini diharapkan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dan kelestarian lingkungan.
Camat Ambalawi ini menambahkan, pihaknya sudah melakukan sosialisasi dan penyampaian kepada masyarakat agar secara aktif melakukan upaya penanaman pohon.satu orang warga mendapatkan alokasi 25 pohon untuk ditanami di gunung dan pekarangan”.Jelasnya.
Pada kegiatan penghijauan tersebut,Bupati dan FORKOMPIMDA menyerahkan secara simbolis pohon kepada unsur TNI,POLRI,Kades,Pramuka dan Perguruan silat.(Prokim-MP)
