Kab bima-MP-Tatap muka Bupati Bima Hj.Indah Dhamayanti Putri SE dengan pengurus Forum Operator Sistem Informasi Desa (FORSID) Kabupaten Bima berlangsung Sabtu malam (9/8) di Pendopo Bupati Bima.
Pada tatapmuka yang berlangsung penuh kekeluargaan dengan 10 orang perwakilan kecamatan FORSID yang dipimpin Ibrahim SE tersebut membahas sejumlah hal berkaitan dengan keberadaan FORSID.
Bupati memberikan apresiasi atas kiprah FORSID dalam mendukung pengelolaan sistem administrasi desa melalui aplikasi sistem informasi desa (OpenSID) sejak tahun 2018.
Bupati yang didampingi Kepala Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat & Desa Kabupaten Bima Tajudin,SH M.Si dan Kepala Bidang Komunikasi Publik dan Diseminasi Informasi Diskominfostik Suryadin S.S.M.Si tersebut memberikan aspresiasi atas dukungan penuh FORSID Kabupaten Bima dalam pengelolaan administrasi pemerintahan desa.
“FORSID telah berperan besar dalam mendukung pengelolaan data kependudukan di Kabupaten Bima.Karena pihak lain juga harus mengetahui lebih banyak peran dan fungsi FORSID.Disamping pada saat yang sama juga diharapkan mampu mendukung transparansi pelayanan informasi dana desa”. Harap Bupati.
Sebelumnya,Ketua Umum FORSID Kabupaten Bima Ibrahim SE menjelaskan,saat ini sudah terdapat 165 desa yang memanfaatkan Aplikasi OpenSID baik secara online maupun offline.Aplikasi ini sangat membantu percepatan pelayanan administrasi desa seperti pembuatan surat-menyurat untuk masyarakat menjadi lebih mudah dan cepat.
Masyarakat yang memerlukan layanan dapat membawa data yang diperlukan seperti KTP dan surat pengantar dari ketua RT ke kantor desa untuk diproses dan dapat mengajukan permohonan surat secara online yang sudah terintegrasi dengan server yang ada di desa”.Jelas pria yang akrab disapa Bram ini.
Untuk meningkatkan cakupan pemanfaatan aplikasi,FORSID bermitra dengan Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (DPMD),Dinas Kominfostik,Bappeda,Dinas Dukcapil dan KOMPAK agar seluruh desa di Kabupaten Bima dapat memanfaatkan secara optimal dan mengakses aplikasi OpenSID ini”.Harap Ibrahim.
